During my visit the waitress was responsive to our needs. We took a while to decide what we wanted to eat, but she was patient with us. When we got our food the waitress didn’t come back for a little while. My wings didn’t have much sauce, barely enough to cost them. That was disappointing, also our waitress didn’t return to our table until she dropped the bill off. It wasn’t the best experience we have had, but it’s not the worst.

I love the service I get here at BW’s (I never go during rush hour) that’s why I give it 4-​Stars; however, there are times when the food could use a little boost. For example, when I order hot wings there is one primary thing I look for… «Sauce on the Wing!» Many times the wings are unevenly or poorly coated. I like the food but I don’t like it when this happens, and it happens a lot.

Waited 20 min to get drinks and was not overly busy. Spent another 30 min to get our food. Spent almost 2 hrs from time to sit down and the check. Manager did take 30% off check though

I’ve eaten here more times than I can count, but I can no longer eat bw3s because me and everyone I went with got food poisoning after… my fiancé was one of them but he will still eat it but just the smell is enough to make me wanna puke now… I recommend it though for people who haven’t had this experience! Mango Habanero was my favorite.

Great like any other Buffalo wild wings.
The Hostess we had was really good.
She brought our Drinks cold and Food Hot.
Good place for Drink and Dine. Much better when u have Sports.
We have wings with different flavours (Thai Curry, Garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero).
all are great flavours.

Carry out twice from here and both times disappointed. The basket of fries portion was pathetic and the fries were cold and soggy (rest of meal was not so it wasn’t a result of us picking up late), carrots were rotten on the ends. Gave them a second chance won’t go back for a third time.

Visiting from out of town, staying at a hotel nearby and ordered take out. Good thing I checked the order because it wasn’t right. Ordered take out instead of eating in because they weren’t showing the big Mayweather fight.

Absolutely love this place! While yes the service is slow sometimes, my husband and I have never had an issue there. The games are always playing and the food is always good. The staff are awesome and very friendly and the manager always takes the time to go to each table to check on things.
We have been to many BW in multiple states but I can honestly say that the one here in Kokomo is by far the best one my family has been to. The great food, excellent customer service and the great atmosphere make it a great place to go and eat for the entire family.
I definitely recommend that you eat here!

Great place to watch a game, or just hang out with friends. But in my humble opinion, way to pricey for what’s provided, and the bar side needs more comfortable seating. This is true at all BW’s.

The food here is great! Would recommend spicy garlic wings. But on the other hand, the service is pretty unreliable. The seating arrangement is also very inconvenient, and the restaurant is pretty loud. This is a place where getting takeout is a really good idea.

The boneless chicken was great but everything else was terrible. The service was extremely poor, very, very slow getting our food. The cole slaw was not fit to eat, buffalo chips cold and pretzels with dip were doughy and cold. We waited more than an hour for our food! Never, never again!

Kokomo, your B Dubs sucks! Really glad I do not live here. For the most part, I had a terrible experience last night. Service was unbearably slow even though the place wasn’t even halfway full. Who wants to go to b dubs and watch the news? Well now you can, because it was on at least 4 of the tv’s. we requested to have one of them switched to the ball game, which finally happened about an hour after we were there. It took forever for the waitress to get our food order. When our food came out, mine wasn’t what I ordered so it was sent back. I had to wait even longer than the rest of my group to get my food. The only redeeming quality was that when I finally got my food, (I would guess about an hour after we got there) it was what you would expect at any other b dubs. The manager wasn’t even making his rounds. Will not be back!
