There was a really bad sewage smell by the restrooms, yet they continued to sit parties close to there. We were there on a Tuesday evening and it was not busy. Our blooming onion was burnt & even though the server wrote down our orders, she came back twice to ask questions that were already answered. The ribs were really good & husband got the pork steak & was really good. It was hard to completely enjoy while smelling sewage. I emailed a complaint on their website. Very disappointing, I never got a response. I didn’t expect anything but an apology, but apparently that won’t happen.

Not worth the wait or money. We had to ask for everything multiple times, the mignon had lots of gristle and was over cooked. My French onion soup, which was the only thing I ordered, didn’t show up until we flagged down another waiter and then it came when everyone else was almost done. No one even asked how the meal was and the manager disappeared.. Other tables around us had the same issues.

We visited on a busy evening. The area was small for so many customers waiting to be seated. Our server was slow, food was just ok. Blooming onion was good though a little greasier than most. Alice Springs Chicken was tasty but a little smaller than usual.

Thank you, Kelley B, for making our outback experience that much worse. On top of steaks WAY too chewy & overcooked, being sold out of popular sides and forgetting refills and condiments, we were very disappointed with our experience. Despite Kelley B refusing to honor our coupon and trying to charge us for the kids’ drinks that the kids menu says are included, the manager was VERY nice and helpful, correcting our issues and apologize for what we dealt with. Next time I must have outback, I’ll stick with the Great Barrier Trio at a different location. Ps the carrot cake here is amazing!

I am not a big fan of outback on a regular basis anyway. But my family loves it here… most of the time… so we come. But tonight it was absolutely horrible from the service to the food. The chicken fingers were over cooked, the steaks were messed up, one under cooked and one over cooked. The waitress seemed extremely stressed and snappy. She kept saying that they were busy tonight. But there are at least 10 open tables I can see from my seat. She didn’t want to honor our coupon and tried to charge us for drinks with our kids meals. Where is states that kids meals come with a drink. Oh brother… Asked to talk to the manager and he saved us as customers. Because with the experience we had I don’t need to come back to an outback ever in my life!

Although extremely busy on a Saturday night, the wait staff was efficient, the food was excellent and the place is clean. One of the better experiences at an Outback Restaurant.

The wait is occasionally lengthy… but the quality of the meals(and the portions)… Excellent! The complementary bread is so great, it’s difficult to save room for your actual meal. The bloomin’ onion is absolutely to die for. I have had some poor experiences with waiter/waitress attentiveness, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Would definitely recommend Outback!

Met Donny tonight. Appears to be a greater /manager. Good food. Service is not bad. Always friendly staff. Odd thing though. The 8oz prime rib is the exact same size as the 16oz ribeye. Hmmmm… ??

The service at this location is phenomenal, and the food is exceptional! I love Outback and have been to a lot of different Outback restaurants, but this one is just extra awesome. I usually get a small steak, baked potato, salad, and blooming onion.

Love outback! Service is usually always great, food is great, they have good lobster. Only complaint is last visit, we had a large group, we made sure to call ahead and let them know but they still did not have a table ready for us. Also, i orderd the macaroni n cheese and apparently they ran out of the penne pasta, but instead of coming out and telling me and asking me if i would like something else, they brought spaghetti noodles with the macaroni sauce on them? i know they are both pasta but it was just weird for me. Zach is a great server. and RJ
