If you really are desperate for a place to stay, find a empty dumpster before staying in this place. Broken furniture, dirty, smoky, water leaking mushy walls, curtain hanging off. Sleep in you car at least you won’t pickup any bugs.

Graduated from Kutztown several years ago and some friends that I haven’t seen in over a decade and I decided to have a mini-reunion this past weekend. We always cracked jokes when we were younger about The Campus Inn. It’s appearance from the outside, friends who worked at the pizza delivery shops in town, would always say the shadiest of folks stayed there, etc. Well, it was our only option to stay at that was walking distance to Main Street and the attractions in Kutztown — so we rolled the dice and decided to find out what the Campus Inn was all about for ourselves. It certainly is NOT a dump. The lady who checked us in could not of been sweeter. We discussed all the changes that had happened in town over the past decade and reminisced. The room was perfectly fine and clean. Nothing special but there certainly was not anything unclean about it. Our room had two double beds and enough floor space to fit a queen sized-air mattress on the ground, without blocking access to the bathroom. It ran us about $ 70, which is more than reasonable. Only advice would be to bring an extra pillow or two. Each bed has two pillows and they are quite thin. The bathrooms also don’t have any shampoo, so bring that, if necessary. Plenty of towels and soap were provided. Not like we have a choice of anywhere else to stay, but if you want to have a reunion for yourself at KU, I highly suggest the Campus Inn. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
