This may be a budget hotel, but I expect things in the room to actually function. Lights were out, toilet did not properly flush, there was no plug in the tub to allow for an actual bath, and WiFi was spotty. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, as does the whole building. Front desk lady had no interest whatsoever in helping us. Totally not worth the price.

I had such a terrible experience here!!! I booked the room early, but when I checked in, they already checked my room out. The room was musty and smelly. There were insects in the bathroom. The TV was barely audible!!! The phone didn’t work and Wi Fi was cut off. The manager was very rude and mean. I will never stay here again!!! I only gave one star because I had too!!!

We stayed for one night, my husband think they might have been the best bed and pillows, we have had and we stay at all types of hotels, our room lock did not work, which they did eventually fix, but wasn’t to pricey, and I would stay again.

Awful manager. Checked in at 3 am, payed 80 $ for a room and asked to check out by 11 am. Usually a motel will give us time worth 24hrs if we pay for a night. Mind you I had my cranky 3 year old in my arms and the manager insisted on taking his time to service me. Seemed annoyed I even entered the motel. Bad customer service. Nasty attitude from the staff and poor cleanliness, our room smelled of mold and still had somebody’s food in the mini fridge.

My husband & I chose this motel because of it’s proximity to an an event nearby which we were attending. After reading the reviews on several sites, we checked in with very low expectations. It was definitely«you get what you pay for», but it was very clean(odors from too may years of chemical cleaning agents lingered) and the staff was helpful. The room was on the end of the building closest to the Interstate & we heard no traffic noises. We got what we paid for: a very comfortable night, in a location just a few minutes from our destination, & we paid a reasonable price. For those who expect 5 Star digs on a beer budget will be continually disappointed.

stayed here two nights… one step above camping.(not a big step) IMO very over priced, compared to what you get… I did expedia and got a $ 85 per night, my traveling friend did not have a reservation and was able to get a walk in $ 65 rate. I will bitch at expedia for the difference later. very noisy as it is just off the highway RT I 78. The shower well, just stand in the rain, you will get wetter :-( lumpy mattresses. The room where my friend stayed had a broken toilet, and he talked to the manager about it, and that evening when we came back to super 8, it had not even been looked at. the only saving grace, it was close to Kutztown. and the wifi worked. next time I will try somewhere else

For $ 62 you get what you pay for. For $ 62 I got a king non-smoking room with a crib(more on that in a minute). Lets see. Check-in was after 3pm and there isn’t really much to do around here at all unless you drive to Allentown. The staff was kind. The fridge in the room didn’t work at all, even after moving it into a different outlet and then thinking«oh maybe the light switch has to be on too», nope. Not even slightly. so I stuck my perishables in my car and looked forward to the snow storm. The room was warm and the heater/ac worked great. The«super start» breakfast… consists of bagels or donut holes, apple or orange juice, two kinds of cereal. And that crib. I requested in on my online reservations, made sure to mention it when i tried checking in at 1pm, and again at 3pm… and again mentioned it before i left for dinner… when i came back it was finally in the room. and it was as rickety as they come but it was good enough for just the one night. So all in all it’s an «ok» hotel for $ 62. Am I wrong? Oh yeah, book online. Trust me. And if there was Wi-fi it sure wasnt advertised or mentioned.
