Had a spontaneous day trip to Sierra. I have already prepares to pay for the full price lift ticket and $ 52 for rent gears in Sierra base lodge. But my husband found this little cute store on the way to Sierra and I got a discount lift ticket for 72 bucks for young adult and rental package for 30 bucks including snow board and boots (brand new!!!). I am so glad I did the purchase there instead of Sierra lodge (long waiting lines and full price!) I saved a lot of money and time! My husband and friends got their own snowboards waxed for free. I have to say Phillip and Chris rock! They are super nice guys and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I failed to get his name, sorry to say, but the proprietor here is a very nice guy who cut me a very square deal. He also went out of his way to get my10 year old grandson excited about snowboards. Located downstairs at the Strawberry Lodge, he’s friendly and eager to help and he’s not far from the slopes. Check it out, snowboarders and skiers. He has sleds and outerwear too.
