Stopped to get an ice cream sandwich, a custard donut, and a large shake. My total — $ 9.73. I pull up and of course I pay. … So The clerk never said ice cream sandwiches were only sold only in packages of 9. She hands them to me and says«thank you have a nice day»!. My wife and I startled by this asked, «What about our other items?». She rings it up and says it is $ 15 something. She said the ice cream sandwiches(really ice cream cookies) were $ 9.73. I said no thank you, please void those and I will take the rest. She said huffing, «There are two cars behind you and you need to get off and come inside for that!» I did not like the tone she took with me and I told her I wasn’t getting off. Someone stood next to her then, and offered to bring me my other items I said … «No, no thank you. I don’t want anything now.» It took that clerk maybe 45 seconds to void the transaction and give me my refund — if I had gotten off, I really would have been angry! I like Baskin Robbins. GENERALLY, the staff is very good. It was just a bad day, I think. Two stars is okay… And I know it will be better next time.
