Went there today for the second time, this time knowing what I wanted. I got vanilla yogurt with a blackberry-pomegranate swirl and topped with strawberries and mango beads. I was very surprised that the strawberry pieces tasted so fresh it’ll stay with me for a while. The mango beads were so fun to eat too, I wish I got more. The only sad thing was that it melted before getting home. It was a good thing I ate it on the way.

Best place in town for frozen yogurt! Definitely recommend! Always has great flavors and the people that work there are very kind.

Lots of flavor choices and topping choices. Try the Salted Carmel yogurt or the Toasted Marshmallows yogurt. Both are wonderful. No HFC is a good thing, too. Try chocolate rocks for your topping. Very clean.

It’s nice, clean, and not too expensive. The flavors are a bit limited, but I’d still recommend this place.

So I can only give the place two stars because I am used to having TCBY alternative milk yogurt. Now their sorbet is ok. I had the choice between Mango and Cranberry. which I think are the most random flavors. I normally get Mango, with lots of nuts and fruit. I am Gluten free and dairy free and so my choices are limited. Now I know this going into their place BUT I feel their toppings are so limited. I have been to many of yogurt places in my day and have found that some places have great toppings and other have very few. I go here when I am in Kyle visiting my mom, because I don’t want actual ice cream(quite heavy). and I want protein(the nuts). But I do wish they had more variety. I didn’t think this was a chain. so they have the option to do more. So yes I would go back, but that’s because its my only option and its decent for a snack. Soooooooo I guess go here if you want too, but I don’t overly recommend this place.

This place has colored pages all along the walls. Today my friend went to grab the jar of crayons and a coloring page at the counter so we could color it. We already paid for our yogurt and were done but still wanted to kill time. I put the crayons back and the older lady who works there yelled at me and my friends«if you step behind my counter again I will call the police!» We didn’t go behind the counter. The place was also full of children. Why would they be on the counter if you can’t color them? Terrible service.

I knew this place was too great to be true! CHILDREN are told they may have free samples, as are adults! OK so that told my Granddaughter she could sample. RIGHT? She sampled«1“piece of candy! WRONG thing to do! THE woman(behind the counter) went off on her, telling her she was a thief, she could call the police on her for stealing a piece of candy, etc… INFRONT of her friends and other customers to make things worse. I was so «UPSET» I did not say a word to the«OLDER woman,» for fear of causing a MAJOR scene. IF you cannot be patient with children(who are not yet ROCKETSCIENETISTS) go to work for OLDER customers. HINT: «YOU are NOT qualified for CUSTOMERSERVICE!»

For my daughter’s 10th birthday we chose Josie’s as a mid-day treat. It was our first time in the store and we loved it. The establishment was clean, cool, and smelled awesome. The woman(I think the store manager) was very helpful in explaining how to make our treats and giving us copious amounts of sweets to sample. We even got a discount on my daughter’s bday treat. We will be visiting here again!

Nice, clean place, but when we first walked in, the employee was sitting on top of the counter. Gross.
