Premier Cuts

We live in Kyle from 2009. Almost last 4 years a Premier Cuts is our family Saloon. As well all staff is very cooperative. Ms. Stella is awesome. Always recommended.

It has been over a year since I got a haircut at this salon. I still think about how bad it was and how the manager couldn’t fix it. I did hair for twelve years. I would usually not write a review on a salon, but I still think about just how bad that experience was. Please avoid!

I’m new to the Kyle area and looked on Unilocal to find a good affordable salon where I could get a quick haircut a couple days ago. I arrived and waited about 20 minutes or so (it was a holiday so I understand why it was busy there with all the kids being off from school. I had called ahead but they said they do not take appointments. Walk-​ins only) I am very low maintenance with my long hair and just wanted to trim off about 3 inches or so and cut off all of my split ends. Brittany was very nice and provided a quick yet thorough consultation about what I wanted and how I usually wear and take care of my hair. She made sure to ask a few times along the way how I wanted my layers done in the front and the back which I appreciated.
My hair felt smoother and softer when all was said and done. It felt a bit rushed towards the end because a customer had walked in half way through my cut and was waiting for Brittany to cut his hair, but overall and for the price I liked my haircut. My fiancé liked it also. The salon could use a good cleaning on the floors and under the work stations but nothing overwhelming. The salon had some nice décor. They have a coupon on their website that I showed the receptionist/​cashier on my phone but she said it needs to be printed out to be valid so they can keep it for their records. I’ll just remember to print it out and bring it in next time. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back. Thank you!

I took my 18 month old here for his first haircut today, and it went great! He was on the verge of breakdown so I was worried but these ladies were total pros. I was able to get in immediately and they had the precious airplane chair available which redirected him so quickly, Despicable Me was on the tv and He was good to go. She asked if I’d like to save some if his hair, as it was his first cut, and then they gave me a sweet certificate. The hair looked really good and is what I asked for, too. Great experience for my baby’s first cut and one I won’t forget!

Premier Cuts is a real find. I don’t usually go to quick-​cut salons because most don’t have good cutters. I have very thick, wavy hair, and I need an expert cutter who knows how to handle it.
I have been going to Premier Cuts for a year. I get stopped all the time by people asking where I get my hair cut. Prices are low; so I can get my hair cut every month. Ask for Brittany. They also have salons in Round Rock and San Marcos.

I love Premier Cuts! Estella and Britt and great stylist. We always come to them when we make it back into town (recently moved several hours away) I don’t let anyone else cut my hair. Estella is very knowledgable On Hair product and latest trends! Clean and friendly atmosphere. Great specials!

Needed a cut and saw this place by HEB. My gf recommended them but was a little doubtful. Was very impressed with the outcome. They really listen to what you want done. Thanks premier cuts!

Will never bring my daughter (5) here again! The female stylist was rough and inattentive to my daughter as she man handled her hair… Pulling and tugging until she literally sat crying in the chair. The stylist was more interested in a Spanish conversation and exchanging money with a coworker for something the coworker went to get at HEB right next door. I stopped the blow dry before she was finished and never again would I bring her here for a hair cut. I know it’s on the less expensive side but that doesn’t mean any stylist should sacrifice attention to detail, especially when it comes to a little toddler! It was painful to watch and I regret even paying for the service, but I just wanted to get my crying child out of there as fast as I could.

I use to live in Kyle and visited here weekely. I recently moved to north Austin and decided to visit the one in Round Rock. Very disappointed in RR location. Meghan is the only one that actually cared and didn’t rush. But at RR location I felt that I had to keep my kids quite and like they were not welcomed there. In Kyle everyone is nice and makes my whole family feel welcomed. I will drive 36 miles one way to get my hair done from now on.

things change in retail services from time to time and need to be updated ,
this is one of those places most of the original staff have gone now but the service is still top class
