If there was a minus one; this is what I would rate it. WORST MANICURE EVER! In addition the woman doing my manicure/​pedicure answered her phone 3 times and texted during my time !!! So unprofessional !! She forgot to finish doing my cuticles on one hand during one of her phone interruptions, smeared polish, missed painting parts, left a lump on toenail … Waste of money ! I’ve told at least 25 people I know NOT to waste their money going there !!!

I went in to Regal Nails in Kyle (by HEB plus) and was extremely disappointed. Not sure my tech’s name but she did a rush job and the acrylic looked thick and horrible. I was so excited before because it had been a while since I had my nails done. I wanted navy matte. She did such a rush job I was so displeased. The polish she used was either old or mixed because it had so many particles/​bubbles that it was no where near the smooth finish it should have been. On top of that, I wanted matte which didn’t help with the poor quality. I really wanted to be pleased but wasn’t. They didn’t seem to really care and never did she ask me if I liked it. Terrible quality.

The only positive of this place is that they are open later than most salons on a Sunday. By far the worst mani I’ve ever had. I felt like the nail tech was rushing, even though it was dead in there. Overall my nails are crooked and smuged, total waste of time and money.

Walked in at (10 am) opening time because advertisements said walk-​ins welcome. I had a last minute lunch come up and needed a mani/​pedi before I went. It was the only place open before lunch on a Sunday. I guess they don’t care too much about walk-​ins, because there was only one person there and she said it was only her because she had an appointment. Wow. if you are going to advertise that you take walk-​ins, I would expect you to staff your business to be able to accommodate them. Won’t be back.

Pros:
–Several levels of pedicure service
–Complimentary drinks, including wine
–Bright and airy
–Fast and friendly
Cons:
–They barely understand english. I had to ask several times regarding what was offered for complimentary drinks. Not even pointing it out on the display helped.
–While friendly enough, they don’t really talk to you. Instead they talk to each other or on the phone.
–They don’t seem to have any dryers. I had to leave with wet polish.
All in all, I liked my pedicure. The cons I listed were more minor annoyances. The massage was awesome and I liked how well they scrubbed my legs and feet.
The only big con for me was the lack of dryers. If they could figure out a way to implement these, it would be perfect.

This place hasn’t changed one bit! I went in on a «slow» day and the lady started on my nails then another customer walked in and she yelled, «10minutes!» I should have known the outcome of my nails! They look TERRIBLE!!! I’m done with this place and NEVER going back!

Most of the lady’s are really nice and friendly! The place is kind of clutter and dirty. I’m pretty sure they were reusing the clippers from person to person without sanitizing in between.
Where I’m from they give you a file, foot scrubber to keep if you want because they only use those items on you, otherwise they toss them. They also use disposable tubs inside of the spa chairs tubs. All the other equipment they use they sanitized. That’s what I like and what I’m use to.
They have an AutoClave here at Regals I don’t know if they use it?
I saw them pick up clippers that were in a drawer and clip my moms nails and then put them back in the dirty drawer.
The lady who did mine services was sweet but fast an it shows on my gel manicure. My manicure didn’t even last a day before they started to peel off.
I will never come back.

I’ve been to see Lani for two shellac manicures and one pedicure. She’s great, and fast! No need for an appointment, but she’s usually busy especially on weekends. So I try to make appointments when I can.

Just got my nails done and it’s one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten! I usually go across the street but they weren’t open when I needed to go. I will probably need to get my nails done again next week!!!

At the Kyle, TX location! WORST customer service! I was having a great time until I had to go and pay! While getting my services I asked one of the girls if they offered a discount to HEB employees and she said YES. When everything is done I go and pay and mention the discount. Everyone at the counter tells me no about the discount and I told them that the girl who was helping me said there was a discount. I looked for her and asked her, and suddenly everyone tells me she can’t speak English, I guess she must have forgotten how over the course of two minutes. I then ask to speak to a manager, they flat out tell me no! At this point I am frustrated and embarrassed so I just pay and on the way out I say, «Thanks for everything and being so rude!“and one of the ladies there say «Yeah, OK!» WOW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. AT ALL.

Guys, if your getting your nails done ask for Kim she’s the best! I love this place, the prices are reasonable and everyone is so nice.
