T Nails Spa & Tan

This place lacks the quality and customer service it use to have. I don’t like going to these places and want in and out as soon as possible. I go because I want pretty nails but again I want to get in and out in as short of a time frame as possible. I went in on my day off and an hour and half later the tech still had not put acrylic on my nails. Talking with other tech and not focusing on getting me done and out. Once I told her I had an appointment she then hustled leaving some nails super thin with acrylic and others lopsided. It’s been three days since I had them done and three have already popped off or broke. Time to find another place to get my nails done!

First time visitor — no complaints. Four stars because of the picked over selection of polish. They do shellac, so that’s all that mattered to me. Not sure of my manicurist’s name but she was really nice and personable. Whole wall of pedicure chairs and a good 6 – 8 manicure stations. They do waxing and tanning too. Good prices. I’ll be back.

My daughter and I got our manicures done at T-​nails as part of a «Mommy-​Daughter» birthday treat. It was my daughter’s 1^st time getting her nails done and she loved the experience! Her (my daughter’s) technician even threw in a free spooky nail job for the Halloween season as a birthday special. The staff was friendly and the shop was clean and cool.

I really love T Nails. I have been going here for over 6 years and think they’re great. I always ask for Kevin, he does a really great job. I have been to every other nail salon in the area and have never been happy. T Nails is a great clean salon with good prices. I usually get a pedicure and manicure and love the pampering. They do great waxing as well. The owners are very nice and very accommodating. The always welcome customers in, even if its after their «stated» closing times.
I have brought my Mom and Sister here too and they always enjoy the time we have here.

So I wanted to treat myself and my girls to pedicures and manicures. First, they sat someone and started working on them and they walked in 15 min after I did. Pedicure was ok until I asked for a design. The lines are all scraggly looking :-(Then came the rudeness, because they needed the chair for other people. And the icing on the cake, THEY DID NOT CLEAN ONE BASIN ON ANY PEDICURE CHAIR THAT WAS USED. I don’t care how busy you are, that’s no excuse not to clean! Needless to say I will never return

So I went in for «the works» — Solar nails, pedicure, lip & eyebrow wax. The pedicure was okay. He was a little rough on the feet and he used a really grainy scrub for the calves. I asked for a thick line of white… he gave a thin. The girl started doing my nails while I was sitting in the chair. I was rather annoyed by that because she didn’t do any massaging on my forearms at all. Eyebrow wax was good however, on the lip they left LOTS of wax residue. I felt like I was wiping that off all day. My nails started to yellow and lift one week later. Oh, btw — they refused to listen to me when I was saying — no shorter. They wouldn’t do my nails the way I wanted them. It was for my wedding day!!! I ended up walking out looking okay, but I will not go back due to the way my nails have lifted and yellowed. They also took to much of my original nail off in order to get them to stick.
