Subway

This particular Subway has consistently provided fresh, tasty sandwiches to me, on every visit. The veggies, and bread are always fresh, and the staff are friendly, and efficient.
There is room for improvement, in the cleanliness, area. The tables are not wiped down, as often as they should be, do to high volume of customers, and therefore you are sometimes left eating over someone else’s mess, and sticky Sweet Onion Teriyaki juice! Eeeeew!
Being located on the end of the strip mall, had its advantages, when it comes to parking. I recommend parking on the side of the building, as it makes it much easier to exit, when leaving. If you park in the main lane, right in front of the entrance, you have to fight the cross traffic, leaving HEB, and other retailers, and the leaving patrons don’t seem to care if you are trying to back up.

I ordered a BLT. I could not taste the bacon. They used to put bacon on it. Now all U get is BREAD!!! NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!

Went in for a late lunch. Lady comes out from the back to help the line was long. She wets her hands NO SOAP! Drys them puts on gloves and starts making sandwiches she makes 4 sandwiches grabbing all bars for the toaster. Not once does she change her gloves yuck! I asked for fresh tuna seeing how the lady was scrapping the bottom to make my sandwich and they said no that that’s all the tuna they had. It’s 2:00 pm and I’m paying $ 8.00 for a tuna sandwich why can’t I have some fresh tuna? You have none left in your container? I’m sure they will fill it up once I’m gone it was just really upsetting. Next time I’ll go elsewhere don’t eat at this place!

Tonight’s service was bad and they were out of almost everything!!! Why don’t you just close shop tonight all you can get is bread a few meat

The people that work here are really nice and they work very hard for the minimum amount. Customer service is pretty poor at this location, but that is likely a management-​ownership issue. The reason I say that is because there is always something in the place that doesn’t work. The toaster is out… the drink machine doesn’t work… they are out of a particular veggie. How can you not have your product for sale? How do you overlook that little item? Regardless, I am treated very well by the employees and they remember their customers. I just wish the owners would give them some support.

This is not really the best Subway. Employees don’t really care, and you can sense how much they hate working there by their attitude and how much time they take making sandwiches. It seems like it always takes forever for me to get out of there. Freshness is so so at this location.
P. S. Don’t want to sound too critical toward employees. I’m sure there are company or management issues that are behind these problems.

This place is DIRTY. The restrooms need to be cleaned, and the trash can was overflowing. Really, you have to clean where the wall meets the floor and at the bottom of the doorframe. It gets crusty if you don’t. Even the fake plant by the DIRTY soda dispenser was dusty and half hanging off the wall.
They were out of so many items, types of bread, that the lady in line in front of me warned me as soon as I walked in.
I like Subway. I want to like Subway. This one is the worst I’ve seen.
Two stars because my sandwich was made right. The employees were trying to make the customers happy.
Please clean your store. Get a manager.

I had ordered a salad once and when I took the salad out of the two go bag found I was able to see more of the bottom of the to go container then salad. It took me 11 bites to finish my salad. But the vegetables more fresh then I have experienced before.
On two occasions I have ordered from this subway the vegetables found to be not fresh. On one occasion the cucumbers had slime on them.
On a good note the staff was outstanding and real friendly.

I went into subway tonight for the 5.00 footlongs. I got a veggie, ham and spicy Italian. The man told me my total was 16. something. So I give him my card and he asks if I want a receipt. I said no. I went to my bank account to look as something else and it shows a charge at subway for 19.70. 3.00 more then the amount I was told. I did not get drinks or anything just the subs. Never leave this subway without a receipt and make sure its correct.
UPDATE: The Mgr did find the error the person charged me for a drink and cookie. They will honor the mistake the next time in in by giving me what I was charged for.

I used to work at a Subway. I stopped eating it. I started coming in to different Subways to try it again, but the vegetables would be wilting and the workers would be not caring and I would be sick later.
I am obligated to say I went to this Subway randomly at around 2 pm one day and ALL THE VEGETABLES WERE FRESH. ALL OF THEM. Everything was stocked. The three chicks working there were super fast and the one that made my sandwich had the magic touch. She said she liked my shirt. The bread was ACTUALLY soft. It didn’t feel like yesterday’s bread (which yes… they make you sell). I didn’t get sick later. If there is a God of sandwiches up there, he is smiling down on this particular Subway.
The only thing I hate is paying $ 7 for a really basic turkey sub but that’s really my own fault for not making one myself.

Really like this Subway! I stop in from time to time for a quick lunch when I’m in town for business, and they do a great job. If you know what you like, they can do it. If you don’t know what you like, just ask and they are great with suggestions.

I love a good subway sandwich — turkey with provalone, all the veggies with loads of banana peppers, spicy mustard and some pepper… mmmmmm
Oh… but wait… the bread is soft in the middle and crunchy on the edges and heels. :| Old bread. Really? Even if I’m saying «old» in terms of it was baked in the morning — I really don’t think bread gets hard and crumbly in their storage bins by the evening.
The last time my boyfriend went to get sandwiches — I told him — make SURE the bread is FRESH — otherwise, forget it! The manager told him it was all «fresh». Apparently, their idea of fresh is not our idea of fresh. The bread should have the same consistency from one side of the sandwich all the way to the other (I mean, come on! It’s only 6 inches long!) Achem.
Anyway — I think we’ve finally decided to stop going here because the bread is always an issue at dinner time. I’ll still get an occasional sandwich for lunch though — as it doesn’t seem to be a problem on the weekends.

I am a lover of Thunderclouds and pretty much wont go anywhere else for a sub. But due to the fact that Subway is 3 doors down from the salon I work at… that has changed. I am spoiled w/​the variety of yummy stuff Thundercloud offers to pile on your sandwich and Subway has always been pretty basic and boring. I can honestly say this Subway location is really clean and has more to offer. Instead of iceberg full of no vitamin lettuce, they actually have spinach as an option. Maybe it’s lame, but that really makes me happy. I always, no matter what I order. get spinach, jalapenos, tomato, black olives and pickles on my sub. Wow, I sound like a pregnant woman. Um… yeah. But anyways they are missing one really important veggie… sprouts! Why aren’t there sprouts? I love these little things. Hmpf!
