Awesome dental work and always willing to help you out! Ryan in the front desk is by far the best there is. Knows his way around the office and knowledgeable on all insurance claims. Wish we could still be here but the commute is to much. Thanks for the awesome 10 yrs!!:)

Wow Capstone, I used to be a BIG fan. I did not care that you were out of network. I was willing to pay the extra money just to come see you. Out of the blue, I start getting a bill for service done way back in October of last year. I figured it was a mistake, so I dispute it and call up Capstone. They tell me it was for routine services that my insurance did not cover at 100% I was a bit miffed that they would take 6 months to blindside me with a bill after I had been going there to see them routinely for a few years.
Capstone does not take my insurance. I offered to walk the paperwork over to my Dental insurance so they could start taking my insurance when their billing guy tells me, «We used to take your insurance, but we found we could get paid more money if we did not take your insurance.» Why have dental insurance to begin with if you are not going to be taking it because you figure you can make more money just not accepting it. Thanks Capstone, I am done with you. I am going to go to an in network dentist who is not going to send me bills 6+ months after the fact and then refuse to take my insurance because they can get paid better if folks paid the out of network prices. I am also a little tired of coming into your office with your offers to redo my fillings, which were not messed up to begin with, just because it «looks better».
While I can understand that they are in the business to make money and stay profitable, you are throwing your patients under the bus by becoming and out of network dentist, as well as losing patients.

Our whole family has been going to Capstone for many years now. They have definitely grown over the years, as has our family. They are wonderful folks, great with the kids and the adults. Dentists offices are never «fun» but this one is comfortable and full of really nice people.

Great office staff and dental hygienist is top notch!

I needed a new dentist and on Saturday evening I had a crown come loose. After seeing the positive reviews of this business which is only 4 miles from my home I gave them a call. Jay (forgive the spelling if it’s incorrect) was very helpful and she was able to get me in that morning 45 minutes after I called. The office is very nice and the staff are very professional. My only criticism is that some of the staff could be slightly more friendly. The professionalism carried too far comes off a little cold. Don’t get me wrong, I’d prefer professional to a poorly run office but I only mention this in the hopes they can use the information to make a great practice even better.
Getting a same day appointment, a 15 – 20 minute new patient processing time and excellent care can’t be criticized too harshly. It appears I’ve found the new dentist I was in need of.
