This is by far the best EA store I have ever purchased from. The owners are beyond dedicated and their arrangements are beautiful. This experience was beyond exceptional. Great place, awesome customer service. Seems like college kids working most times but they are all cool. The boss man will make sure you’re taken care of right. I was very impressed with Mr. Christopher Duffy.

Walked in on a whim after stopping at the UPS store. Went in and was promptly greeted by one of their associates. Very friendly and was quick to offer my a sample of their chocolate dipped fruit (I got the strawberry and pineapple). I actually forgot how good their chocolate dipped strawberries are, usually the girls at work get them for their birthdays, Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, etc.
I actually decided to go in because I saw a poster for smoothies. So I got a small strawberry-​banana smoothie with whipped cream, I was optimistic as it isn’t their specialty. I was pleasantly surprised, it was one of the best smoothies I have had in a long time. It’s up their with Tropical Smoothie on the east coast. I’ll be finding more reasons to come back and get my fix.

It was mothers day so my wife ordered a mothers day bouquet for her mum. it was excellent ready on time at least 12 really big strawberries covered in chocolate and a slice of pineapple cut in a heart shape with a chocolate covering. all in a vase and presentation box. customer service was friendly and professional. will use them again for those special occasions

I scheduled an edible arrangement for pick up at 11:00am. I came into the store at 1:30pm and the order was not ready. Tiffany explained the order was not guaranteed for the 11:00am pick up time. I called corporate at 2:30pm and they told me «pick up times are guaranteed» but «deliveries are not». The owner Tiffany lied to me about the pick up time being guaranteed. I went back to the location to pick up my arrangement now four hours after my pick up time. The owner Tiffany said, «I can never guarantee a pick up time». If you are given the option to pick a time then the company should deliver. Tiffany was not understanding or accommodation what so ever. I will not use this locations service again. I urge you not to either if you expect to receive you arrangement on time.

I love Edible Arrangements! This is a new location… just 3 days old and the service I received far exceeded my expectations! They were great! The owners were very gracious. the wife is a veteran! I’m glad I contributed to a successful 1st week!!! I’ll be back for sure!
