Dr. Goss is an incredible person and an amazing ob/gyn! On December 15, 2014, I found out that I was pregnant with my first child. After doing some online research, I chose to go to Dr. Goss and I am SO glad that I did! Her warmth, empathy, knowledge and confidence never wavered throughout my pregnancy. At 37 weeks, I developed gestational hypertension and had to be induced. Two times during labor, my blood pressure sky rocketed and my baby’s heart beat plummeted. Both times, Dr. Goss and the staff at Seton Hospital in Kyle sprang into calm and extremely competent action. A surgeon was called in to do an emergency c-section both times and, thankfully, both times the surgeon was sent off empty handed. I simply can not recommend any ob/gyn more than Dr. Goss. She has earned my loyalty as well as my sincerely heartfelt gratitude.

Would not recommend. Staff does not answer phone or return phone calls. I had to fire her as my doctor today. I did not feel safe being her patient.

Dr. Goss is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. I had a difficult pregnancy and she was there for me; something I will never forget!

My wife has been going to Dr. Goss for the past 7 months, I’ve been to every appointment as it is for a pregnancy and I can tell you that she is a great doctor! Everyone in the office is great to deal with. I’ve gotten the feeling at doctors in the past that when they walk in and know you by name its because they read your chart right before coming into the room, that is not the case here! We ran into Dr. Goss outside the office and it was as if we were great friends, she knew us both by name. The review previous to mine is ridiculous! The simple fact that she is so good that her office is overwhelmed with patients to the point they can no longer accept new patients speaks volumes and certainly doesn’t justify a poor review! Furthermore expecting the doctor to get on the phone and give you advise is absurd! That would present a huge liability! If you are blessed enough to have gotten pregnant this is where you want to be seen!!!

I transferred to Dr. Goss from Dr. Hart at Hill Country OBGYN not because I was not happy with Dr. Hart but for the convenience since I live and work in the Buda/Kyle area. My first appt. I was called 10 minutes before I was set to arrive(I was already in route) to tell me that they had to reschedule my appt. Of course, I was annoyed but understood that emergencies happen. Second appt. I was waiting for 30 minutes before the nurse told me that the Dr. was running 3 patients behind at ANOTHER clinic and either I could wait or reschedule. I was confused by this because my appt was at 9am. How could she be at another location with 3 patients still to see? It sounds like her scheduler does not know her hours or how to book appts. 3 rd appt. I get a phone call telling me that they have to reschedule my appt because the nurse practioner is going to be out that entire week. Now, I would have not had an issue rescheduling but this was 3 for 3 and when I expressed my dissatisfaction I basically got a unempathetic reply. I understand that Dr. Goss is one of two female OBs in Kyle and therefore she is very sought after, but to me three strikes and you are out. It sounds like her practice is taking on more than they can handle and they need to reevalaute how they do business. I should have never switched from Dr. Hart. I NEVER had this issue. Like I mentioned, I do understand rescheduling happens but every appt time is obsurd. I will never recommend this office.
