I wouldn’t go here for something terribly serious, but for UTIs, stomach bugs, cold/flu issues, etc. This place can’t be beaten. You get seen quickly, the people are nice, and they can send your prescription over to the pharmacy. Super convenient if you can’t get in to see your doctor, or want to avoid the hassle of big urgent care centers.

They close at 8 and my husband went in at 6:30pm. They told him that he could fill out his information but they might not get to him by 8:/. He said he looked at the sign in list and there were only 2 people ahead of him. I guess they didn’t want our business:(.

This place is a total scam. Took my daughter in December for an ear infection, paid my copay at the time, and was happy enough with my service. Now, 2 months later I received an email from them saying they were charging my credit card another $ 74. No explaination why. No one answers when I call the number given in the email. Do not go here if you don’t want to be ripped off.

I was only patient here but nurse practicaner was more interested in her paper work than treating me. Typical attitude of their time is the most important. But once examination started, it was very complete and professional.

I have now used two separate RediClinics and they have both given me great service. They have been friendly, clean and fast. I have never stayed more than 30 minutes from start to finish. Typically I go to my regular general practitioner but depending on the season, it can be difficult to get in unless you are REALLY sick so this is a great fall back when I need it. Plus, it’s open on weekends and past 5pm on weekdays. Honestly, how can you argue with that?! Yes, they take your health insurance too! Also, once you’re in the system, you’ll be in the system at any RediClinic location. Have I convinced you yet? You don’t need an appointment but I know you can make them for kids(saw someone do it once, haven’t taken my own). Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

My daughter has used the Kyle clinic several times. We as a family have used the Rediclinic in Tomball. We always get great care in a timely fashion. The employees are knowledgable and caring. We do have doctors that we use, but the Rediclinic is great for weekends and evenings. Please don’t hesitate to use them.

I have to write an update considering I received better service; it’s the reviewer’s code. But I’ll keep it short. My throat loves bacteria. I’m not sure why. At least 3 times a year I get a bacterial/viral/strep/tonsillitis infection. I wasn’t very surprised when I woke up last week with swollen tonsils and fever/aches like you wouldn’t believe. I waited for my mom to get home so she could drive me to RediClinic because I couldn’t. I get there at around 5:30 pm and thank the stars they are still open. I didn’t have to wait in line, there were no chart mix ups, both of the women working there were kind and efficient, and they prescribed me with something I’m all to familiar with; the amoxicillin cure. 2 days later my throat is not swollen and I’m feeling fine. In a few months when I wake up sick again, I’ll be sure to come back here at night time.
