Sac-N-Pac Stores

This is directed at «joe» specifically, the representative handling the register at night who’s never heard of «donut sticks». I say joe with a little j as the little man with no sense of any customer relations, or humor, or donut sticks who works at the worst gas station in Kyle Tx should be spoken of… And now, directed at the whole store… Since I called to find out «joes» name, he calls back and says «uhh, hey this is joe… I missed a call», I said «no, you missed a review» and hung up, as my opinion had already been set by their representative… Wait, I’ve been rudely interrupted mid review… Ok, I’m back… I was then called back twice, by an «unknown» caller. The second time I answered, I said «hello joe», a female voice responds with, «I’m not joe, what the fuck is this review shit» I said I was placing a review of my service, and she hung up. Mid review!!! Pfft, these people are the worst. They should first stock the shelves that were empty, and then be fired for their po-​dunk lack of cognitive thinking. The utter audacity of these mouth breathers is daunting. I will be calling the owner in the AM. Anyway, I was merely reviewing their register service, now I’ve gone off topic and off the hinges… Seriously with the 3 phone calls I received in reprisal of the threat of a simple review. YOU SUCK! DONT BE UPSET BECAUSE YOUR BEING REVIEWED!!! FIRE jOE AND THAT RUDE BI… Well, I won’t call her that, I’d be upset, and nervous too if I was now being reviewed on behalf of joes services. I’ll stop now, I’m just ranting, these people…

Horrible customer service. Rude, obnoxious staff. Drive down the road to the next store and give your money to them instead.

Are you sad, unhappy and generally hate the general public? Then they might be able to offer you a job. You will fit right in.

This review is for the «Buffet Style» pizza side of the store. The older Hispanic lady who makes pizza in the morning is totally lazy. There is a line almost out the door and she is standing there putting on her make up or gossiping with the ladies who work there. There is a Hispanic gentleman who is much better. He does rotate the pizza’s and there is always pizza’s available.
What is very ironic is Sac n Pac has gone to their «44 Grill», which is their own kitchen. They have started with flour tortillas and I am sure they have other things you can get. The big problem with that is that the Pizza people are too lazy to make pizza. What makes you think they are going to make other things? They used to have a sandwich shop in there and that did not last long at all.
Get gas and the groceries but skip the pizza and do not even attempt to let store management know. The lady who is the district manager will let it go in one ear and out the other. They could really care less.
