Star Cleaners

Horrible! I had to re-​press all my clothes. A button on my shirt had been broken. My pants were not heavy starched as requested. I’m not sure if some items were even cleaned. No attention to detail. Don’t waste your money here. I’ll never go back!

Residents of Kyle, DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. I have used them for a long time and they’ve been okay in the past (occasionally ruining a shirt because of too much bleach so I just stopped asking for bleach on shirts).
However, I pre-​paid for some clothes to be cleaned expecting to pick them up when they were ready. I could not find the claim check but I had the credit card receipt of the same date paying for the clothes. The attendant told me I could not pick up my clothes because I didn’t have the claim check. I was angry but agreed to go home and locate the claim check. Who does this when you have a paid receipt???
I found the claim check. Went back to the cleaners. I was told the clothes I dropped off now had a «different number» attached and that I never paid for it. I was livid. I essentially paid for the same 7 items twice because I was forced to pay for it again or the attendant there wouldn’t give me my clothes.
I have spent hundreds of dollars in the past few years at this dry cleaner but NEVER AGAIN! They don’t deserve my business and they don’t deserve yours.
