I love Stroller Strides! All new moms and even mom-to-bes should try out a class. You will fall in love with being outdoors with your baby and doing a great workout while your baby smiles and laughs at you doing crazy movements in front of them :) I take the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday class at Brookside Park in the Rosebowl area. It really helps keep me sane and makes the mornings go by a lot faster. Holly is a great instructor and very knowledgable in what she does. She makes the hour super fun for both moms and kids. I am so happy that I found this group of like-minded women that motivates me to get outside and rock out a good workout several times a week. It really is a great way to start your day!

This class is an awesome workout. I love that I can bring my baby and still get a good workout in. It’s also a great way to get to know other moms and share motherhood stories. The circuit is always fun and dynamic. A great way to start ur morning.

Great work out for moms to do with their babies or toddlers. I love being outdoors and being with my kids for this daily exercise class. Gym daycares can be very germy, so Stroller Strides is a much better option. Plus no worries about my son crying from separation with the random babysitters there. Holly pushes the class to work hard but don’t be intimidated by it. You can work up to a strong level by challenging yourself at your own pace.

This class is amazing! It’s circuit training for moms and there babies/toddlers. If your looking to fit excersize in your routine, and you have a little one, this is the best way to do it no matter your fitness level!!! I have never been very athletic so I honestly didn’t know if i could physically keep up but the instructor(who is also a mom) gives you different intensities for each exercise so you work out at your own pace & level. The modifications make this class doable for anyone– super fit or like me a beginner. My absolute favorite thing about this class is that its different every day so you never get board and your always working different muscles. I also love that your baby comes first! If you need to change a diaper, or pick your baby up out of the stroller it’s never a problem. The moms you meet are always really nice and the class is fun yet challenging. First classes are free so if your looking for a fun workout with your kids you gotta try stroller strides!
