Pros: showed up on time. Driver got a 30% tip. Cons: pizza cold, missing toppings, and apparently I didn’t order the wings I thought I ordered. To their credit, I was offered credit or a redelivery of a new pizza. Tried to use credit for a delivery of wings which would have cost less than a pizza but was refused. You’re gonna have to pay for that. ??? Keep your credit, you’re not getting any more of my money. You could learn some real customer service from the Sunland location.

Pizza took 1.5 hours to show up. I called Christina and complained that she said the driver left 9 minutes ago, but the pizza arrived up cold. Clearly the driver had hit multiple locations and had come to us close to last, if not last. She did advise that we would get a $ 75 credit, thanks to Caesar, but that $ 25 of the $ 75 was based on a «good faith» basis. Hopefully they honor that promise. Only time will tell…

Worst location to order. the manager CEASER(dnt even know if that’s his real name) is a absolute dumbass that laughs on the phone instead of resolving the issue. Worst experience the food was ice cold. Don’t waste your money here.

Probably should have reviewed the site reviews first. Luke warm pizza that the delivery guy placed on the cold ground with the bag opened. Paid with cash and a 20% tip. Noticed that there were no hot pepper or Parmesan packets. Went after him and asked for packets. He checked his car and had none. What a waste! Buyer beware!

My boyfriend and I went to this Pizza Hut because the one on La Crescenta is closed down. We ordered through the mobil app and our order took about 15 – 20 minutes to be ready for pickup. We ordered the Triple Treat Box– 1 Medium Pineapple Olive Pizza Hut Favorite Crust, 1 Medium Pepperoni Sausage Pizza Sriracha Flavored Crust with Sriracha Drizzle, Asiago Breadsticks, 1 Cook Pizza. The pizzas were average, nothing special. The breadsticks were subpar, and the cookie pizza was the best thing about the whole meal. The cookie pizza was delicious. The woman was friendly on the phone and when I went to pick up our order everything was correct.

Ordered a large vegetarian pizza through the online website. It was so easy! It was ready when I asked for it and the staff was super friendly! And the pizza was a hit at the park gathering. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location and service again.

Watch out for this particular Pizza Hut store. It’s not in the list on the main Pizza Hut site. I ordered a pizza for my kid to be delivered to her school. The delivered a burnt pizza and later I found out they over charged my credit card. When I called the manager on duty named Carlo, he said he is too busy to answer anything in that regard and told me to contact the regional manager. There is no contact number for the regional manager to be found anywhere. Stay away from them!

I gave Pizza Hut(not this location) a try once again after I saw their deal for 2 medium pizzas, any toppings, for 6.99 each. To my surprise, the taste was way above my expectations! I completely changed my view on Pizza Hut and wouldn’t think twice next time it crossed my mind. So the day finally came, and I ordered for delivery through its online system. Very easy and quick process. It was my first time ordering from this location since the one in La Crescenta closed. It said it would be delivered in about 50 minutes, and it was delivered as said time. Now as for the order, I put 5 toppings on each pizza, as that’s the maximum they recommend on their Pan Pizza. They missed one out of the 10 total toppings… I was a bit sad without my mushrooms… Pizza tasted good nevertheless. Things to note: I asked for parmesan cheese and pepper to the delivery guy and was told that I’m supposed to include that in the Special Requests section when ordering online. Come on… so yeah… I didn’t get my pepper or cheese. Also, they charge a $ 3.25 delivery fee. Plus tax, it came out to 18.78 for 2 $ 6.99 pizzas. Tipped the guy 2 dollars, so 20.78. the $ 6.99 for 2 deal didn’t seem as good anymore. If you want to take full advantage of this deal, I suggest you order for pick-up to avoid paying that $ 3.25 plus tip. Also, don’t expect your order to be perfect. It is $ 6.99 for a pizza after all…

Food never here on time. Just called them because it wasn’t here yet and she’s like oh it’s still in the oven and we only have one driver. I only ordered 1 large cheese pizza! And it took over an hour! The girl on the phone didn’t seem very professional either. They ended up giving it to me for free but it just delivered and it’s all twisted up and flipped in the box! Wtf Pizza Hut?

We decided to try this pizza hut since we always order from domino’s and thought we would try something different. I was a little hesitant but I thought what could go wrong. EVERYTHINGWENTWRONG! We ordered the deal they have right now, it’s two pizzas, pasta, breadstix and a 2liter for ordering online. The guy answering the phone did not know anything, he was slow and needed a lot of training. He couldnt answer any of my questions so I ordered online. The order took 45 min to arrive at our place. We were so excited to try the pizza I did not even realize that we were missing our marinara sauce for the breadstix. I called them and they told me to wait another 45 min for them to bring the marinara. really? wtf how are we supposed to eat our bread with no sauce. Then we got thirsty and guess what? no 2liter. I should have noticed this when they dropped off but my bf answered the door as I was busy with my little ones. I called them again and they still hadn’t left with the sauce. They told me to wait another 45 min again. The manager or whoever took over as I was complaining said he knew nothing about the free 2 liter. How do you not know your specials? On top of that he sounder like he was high. I was so irritated. Needless to say I will never order from them again and will continue to order from DOMINOS, who will atleast offer you a free pizza when they make a mistake. Unlike these people they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. My bill came to $ 30 for a $ 19.99 special. Don’t do it, stick to your regular pizza place if you want a complete order and good customer service.
