Place has good pizza so they get three stars. But ZEROCUSTOMERSERVICE. Employees need to learn how to SMILEANDGREETANDBENICE. Looks more of a challenge to them. Hire new employees and this place would get 5 stars.

So my husband had dinner here and ordered in for me I have to say the pizza was still fresh when he brought it home and it tasted so good!!!

When I go to Blaze, the food is always the same… PERFECT! This is the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I will continue to come to Blaze. The blood orange lemonade is the best. The customer service is fantastic. I remember one time I could not find any Parmesan cheese so a guy that was wiping off the table saw me looking and ask if I needed help and I told him«no just looking for some Parmesan cheese» he said«oh no problem, go sit back down, I’ll bring it to you» less than 1 minute later he came back with the cheese and told me to enjoy. He went out of his way to make sure my experience in that establishment was excellent.

Now this is an awesome place to get pizza. The ingredients are always tasty and they have more variety than the average pizza delivery place. Your pizzas come out quick and you get to choose exactly what goes onto them. My only real issue is that whole area is always difficult to find parking at.

Burnt and covered in hair! After a long day at work on a Saturday, I was looking forward to a nice dinner. My wife and I were craving pizza and she suggested Blaze Pizza. I had never been to Blaze pizza so decided to go there. Boy did I make a mistake. Jumping forward, after waited for just a few minutes, our order was surprisingly ready. I thought«wow that was fast». After taking my first bite I found out why it was ready so fast. They cooked it so fast that the underside of the pizza was pitch black charcoal and tasted like one too. I quickly took it back and had the two pizzas remade. This is where it gets worse. After waiting again for our pizza, we receive our order and again looking forward to biting into them because we’re so hungry at this point, my wife says look at my pizza. I take a look and there are BIGTHICKBLACKHAIRS on her pizza(might of thought it was hers but she’s a blonde). I will leave it at that. I give one star only because I got my money back. Won’t ever go back there

Love their pizza. Cheap, fast, and just they way you like it… as long as you like thin crust. Unlimited toppings for those who want to build their own.

Blaze continues to be my favorite fast casual pizza place and this location helped reinforce that belief. Friendly and fast with a nice range of ingredients and cooked right. Even my «works» pies get nice and crispy here. And I always appreciate bus service with a smile. A nice range of seating options too for groups big and small. Did I mention how good the blood orange lemonade is?

The first time I tried this place, I wasn’t impressed. Then I tried it again and now I am hooked! I love that you can add whatever you want and the price isn’t bad. I can’t eat the entire pie, so end up with dinner as well. The line can be quite long, but it goes quickly. Staff is always pleasant. No the location isn’t that big, normally I take it back to office or sit outside if weather permits. The blood orange lemonade is too die for. Just have no complaints about this place. Good, quick pizza.

I love Blaze! The price is excellent, especially given the fact that you can pile on as many toppings as you like. My combo: Spicy tomato sauce Mozzarella Ricotta Mushrooms Sausage Pepperoni Garlic Spinach Bellpeppers Zucchini Basil Tomatoes

Very delicious! It’s like the subway of pizza. I got to choose what I wanted on the pizza including the sauce, cheese, and toppings. Very nice service too. Outside there is also a nice place to sit. I would recommend this spot. Hot, fast, and ready to go!

Surprised that the toppings were so sparse at this location. Dough was a little on the undercooked side. I’m comparing this franchise to the one inside the Glendale Galleria, which seems to be more generous with the toppings and the crust was cooked to perfection.

This location is convenient, clean, and quick! Their ingredients are always fresh and although it can get very crowded, they always manage to get the line moving fast. Friendly employees and good service.

One of my favorite places to eat. Even though the line can be long, you get your pizza pretty fast. A lot of choices as too what to put on your pizza. Very filling. Two people can share one pizza if you are not that hungry. Self service for the lemonade which taste really good. Outside seats available. Shared parking but there’s a lot of space.

Lately, I’ve seen Blaze Pizza crop up all over the Southern California area. It is a welcomed edition in my book. For $ 7.75, you get an entire gourmet pizza with all the toppings you want. Their pizzas seem to be modeled after a real Italian pizza where the whole pizza is actually much thinner than a conventional pizza. Also, it appears as though they use a gas fired pizza oven to cook their pizzas which is a great way to maximize the taste of the pizza. There seems to be plenty of space to eat inside and outside, but I prefer to sit outside. Tip: Unless you have a voracious appetite, order your pizza«to go» even though you are eating it in the store. I don’t really like my pizza exposed to the elements as I am eating the pizza and the box will insulate the pizza while you are eating it.

I really love Blaze pizza. I love the freshness, the low calorie/calorie conscious crust and the fresh toppings. I normally order the Veg Out with sausage. The flavors are brilliant. I need to know how they prepare that zucchini so it is so perfect! The line moves quickly, the staff are fairly friendly and service oriented. The space is small and the crowd is often«special» as in don’t-you-know-who-I-am(even though I’m just an entitled Justin Bieber groupie)…this isn’t Blaze’s doing but a larger store would make the encounter more pleasant. I took off ½ a star for the meh employees and bougie clientele and ½ a star for the restaurant size. The location is great though — near three other restaurant options in case pizza isn’t the meal choice for my whole family. I’ll be back!(Oh wait, I’ve already done that a dozen times…)

I was avoiding this place because its always crowded but caved the other day. Line moved fast and pizza was pretty darn decent. Only reason they didn’t get five is the staff tends to get too frantic because of the lines and crowd, gets rushed and makes mistakes. But overall a good pizza!

If you’re a fan of Blaze, then how you know the drill. This seems to be a newly opened plaza with Panera, Habit Burger & Blaze Pizza, all next door to each other. This is the smallest Blaze pizza that I’ve visited, but there is also some seating outside. I counted about 8 tables on the inside. The ordering process was really smooth & the kitchen did a great job of cooking the pizza to achieve a crisp crust but not burning it. The soda machine area is really clean. And if you’re sharing pizza and/or salad, get yourself one of those take-out boxes & turn it into a plate. With Blaze so close to Descanso Gardens, I will be visiting this place often with Baby C.

I am a fan of Blaze Pizza! My four year old daughter has been begging me to go here since I went to the one by the Grove and told her about it. So we did a daddy-daughter date night and came one Sunday evening. The place was hopping! The line was fairly long but moved very quickly. This location in La Canada has ample parking, a really nice outdoor eating area and the inside is large enough to hold a crowd without it being too big. It’s really a nice sized restaurant. Per the kiddo’s request, We got a pepperoni pizza. The staff was wonderful and they worked hard and fast! It was quite the production which yielded excellent results. Their labors were not in vain! The pizza was crispy, the ingredients were fresh, the sauce is oh-mazing, and for how many pizzas they were cranking out, I’m impressed with how quickly the process went, and a pizza at Blaze is pretty cheap! While we dined I was hoping the kid was only going to eat a couple of pieces and feel full so I could eat the rest. She ended up eating half the pizza and wanted to take home a slice for my wife to try so I ended up only getting one slice… should have gotten my own. Won’t make that mistake next time!

I have NO complaints. Finally got to try it, and I loved it! Thank you, Chris H. for enticing me with your delicious photos! It’s really what had me wanting to try it sooner than planned! :D Parking is abundant, also free! Located in the La Canada Town Center right next to Sakura, Habit Burger and Panera Bread. The layout of this cafeteria-style restaurant is similar to Chipotle’s, and if you’re wondering… no, not owned by the same people. Not only do they stand firmly by their«fast-fire’d within 180 seconds» modus operandi, but pizza preparation was done very quickly and efficiently. The first attendant will ask if you want either the white sauce, tomato sauce or the spicy tomato sauce!(Sweetheart, you had me at white sauce.) She’ll then pass the dough over to the second attendant for gathering your choice of meat toppings, third attendant will take care of the vegetables and dressing, and then you pay and take a seat until your name is called! What I got: Did I mention… UNLIMITEDTOPPINGS?! My pizza consisted of white sauce, mozzarella, feta, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, bacon, onions, pineapples, and banana peppers. It was delicious. 11-inch pizza for under $ 8 unlimited(fresh) toppings prepared within 3 minutes is well worth a try or to frequent even :) I finished the entire pie. Thin, chewy and slightly sweet crust, mindfully salted meat, fresh pineapples(although, probably canned, but nothing wrong with that), and vegetables, it was perfect. In a way, it can be considered fast food, but not in the sense you’d expect. It isn’t greasy and heavy. My friend had it with spicy tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, salami, Italian sausage, chicken, roasted garlic, artichoke, and onions. Delicious combination! Had I known they had roasted garlic and artichoke I would’ve asked for them :(And I’m glad I didn’t go with the spicy tomato sauce on my pizza as the spiciness wasn’t even a bit apparent. If you’re visiting this plaza for a meal and can’t decide upon Sakura, Habit Burger, Panera Bread, and Blaze… I’d say go with Blaze or Panera. I had written reviews for Sakura and Habit Burger, and both were below-average experiences. Wish I had tried Blaze first! Can’t wait to go back!
