I teeter between 3 and 4 stars for Round Table but ultimately as my mantra says, I’m after great food at a deal. Frankly $ 25 for one large pizza, even if it’s a specialty pizza, seems a bit steep. My favorite specialty pizza here is the Hawaiian and my wife loves the garlic chicken. The pizzas here, on quality and taste, deserve 4 stars. They pile on the toppings and the crust is very thin so you get a lot of «pizza.» The cheese is fresh and soft and perfectly melted so it stretches out as you take a bite. It’s certainly way better than your run-of-the-mill Domino’s or Little Cesar’s. The dining area is also quite nice with numerous large flat screen TVs showing whatever big games are playing so you don’t miss a beat no matter where you are sitting. They have DIRECTV so obviously no skimping on the premier television entertainment. Plenty of tables to choose from — although ironically not an actual round table in sight. From this raving review you might wonder why only 3 stars. Again the only factor that keeps me from being a regular patron is the price. I can’t seem to bring myself to pay these prices for pizza.

Wahooo! We love this place. Now that we live within the delivery zone we are so excited! We love the garlic supreme, it comes with a garlic sauce instead of red sauce. We usually order light sauce. They always come earlier than expected and their delivery people are always so nice! They also do fundraising events!

They are ridiculous. Last night we ordered pizza and they tried to charge me $ 3.72 for one CAN of Pepsi!!! It wasn’t even Coke!!! That’s serious price gouging. Not cool. Also they always forget to give me ANY croutons even though I ask for extra. Major fail.

This used to be a decent pizza place. You could have a beer and pizza and watch a game on one of their tvs… I’ll say today could have been an off day or it could be the new normal, I don’t go enough to tell. What I can tell you is tonight I felt like I was babysitting my own kids along with five dozen other people’s. I know they do fundraisers for the local elementary schools so it encourages families to go but WHOA. Kids running around screaming about toys about the video games about the pizza about everything. It was so loud in there that the people in the booth actually changed their order to go. My daughter had to practically scream to be heard and was almost mowed down by a little boy racing up the stairs. Mainly a parenting issue but also up to management to ask the parents to please control their kids and stop their screaming. Food: Pizza is decent. Glad they finally put in a self serve soda fountain, decent beer selection for a Pizza joint.

Really good pizza at a really good price. You can go on your lunch and it won’t be packed either.

It’s a shame I have to give this rating but I am really upset. I eat here with family and friends and service is usually pretty good. However I called in for a pizza and it’s been 1.5 hours and nothing. I kept calling them to check the status and the manager tells me to keep waiting? Pizza delivery should not take almost two hours. After being frustrated with waiting I finally called again. They didn’t take down the correct information(we specifically told them apartment number and spelled out the address multiple times). Then the manager gives me attitude saying that I’m wrong and that she took the order. Are you kidding me? Terrible customer service and needless to say we never got that pizza and will NEVER be ordering from here again.

Round Table gives you what you expect from a solid pizza joint. Their pizza is pretty tasty, and they have enough TVs to keep your attention if the people you’re with are boring you to tears: P If you can, avoid coming on a Friday evening, cause that seems to be their busiest time. Good family spot. They have some arcade games available, and once your little ones are hopped up on soda, you can unleash them on the games. I feel like it works better as a takeout joint, personally. I’ve ordered from there multiple times and never had any issues with them getting the order wrong or late. Overall, nothing quite stellar about this spot, but if you’re looking for good pizza and a casual atmosphere, it will do the trick.

The pizza is always delicious and they have a lot of sports on all around the restaurant. We always go and the deals are just right and the most amazing thing is the pizza is consistently delicious. The reason for four stars is the entire facility could use an update. Get their early or call ahead it’s almost always busy. Great place!

The place is not very clean. Workers do not come by often to wipe tables. The floors had full of candy wrappers. The food was ok. Twister bread was pretty good. I don’t think I would bring my family back here again.

I’ve always liked round table pizza. I’ve been to this location a few times and I have no complaints. It’s your typical round table pizza parlor with a small arcade game section and plenty of seating with TVs. I went with my boyfriend last night to watch the basketball game and it was nice and relaxing. Not busy at all for a Saturday night and the pizza was yummy. Beer was $ 3! Score! So I got two haha. We sat right in front of the big screen and enjoyed our dinner and drinks. Service was very friendly and I’ll definitely be back.

3 stars because of rude service and pricey. Made an order for delivery by phone today, after months of not having Round Table since Blaze Pizza opened. Didn’t feel like making the drive to Blaze, so called in. A woman picked up, and talked to me as if she was either having a bad day, or really hated her job. Customer service on her part was not good at all. Ordered the Chicken and Garlic Gourmet Pizza. Got 5 dollars off since I guess they have us on their system. I asked what the regular price, just out of curiosity, and was answered with something along the lines of «I gave you the biggest discount you can get». I didn’t want to keep«bothering» her so I thanked her, and the conversation ended. Order took about 45 min as was told on the phone. Pizza was OK. Of course better than the usual joints like Pizza Hut and Dominos, but way too pricey for its quality. I kind of wish the Papa Johns hadn’t closed down… HEADSUP: They charge you a delivery fee of $ 1.50 or $ 2.00. I don’t think this money goes to the delivery person at all, so you should still tip him/her. Would I order again from them… only if I’m too lazy to drive to Blaze.

Great pizza. Wait was just too long. Ordered a personal pizza and 3 garlic twists. It took them 30 minutes for this order. Everyone eating inside got their food and left before I got my order. When I mentioned it to the employee she just looked at me. And didn’t say anything. Not even a sorry it took so long or anything. 13 dollars for a personal pizza and 3 twists. These guys should maybe train their employees to be a little nicer.

This review is for the online order and take-out service. The online order process was pretty easy, if not quite as polished as the similar experience from competitors(Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc) The quality and presentation of the pizza was top notch and the primary reason for the 5-star review. It looked«just like the picture» and was perfectly cooked, fresh, with plenty of cheese and toppings and just the right sauce. It was better than pizzas which cost a lot more from specialty pizzerias. I didn’t use the dining room, but it seemed clean, spacious and inviting.

(Dined 11÷22÷14SA @ 4:30pm): A wonderful place for a school fundraiser… but not a round table in the house(at least the pizzas were)! I’ve happily given my hard-earned moola to the La Canada Flintridge location of Round Table Pizza over the years as my two nieces held constant fundraisers through their respective schools. But this time, no fundraiser was involved; it was USC vs. UCLA college football time for some serious bragging rights on the line! I was joined by new Unilocal friend, Stephanie P.( ) and two long-time buds. Pitcher of Longboard Island Lager($ 12.00) — Crispy and clean with no caffeine! Ummm… shared among the four of us, I was late to the party and the crowd was thirsty; hence, the half-full pitcher. But all was good, sensational Stephanie P. got the next round! Large Pepperoni and Sausage Regular-Crust Pizza, 12-Piece Hot Wings and Four Fountain Drinks Meal Deal($ 23.99) — This was a perfect deal for the four of us. I won’t extoll about the greasy pizza, seemingly frozen and reheated hot wings, and standard selection of fountain drinks which we partook many refills of. We were all here to enjoy some grub, a good football game and chillaxing with cool peeps. The food did what it was suppose to — it sustained us. Now, a look at the carnage ! Service — No host/hostess which was fine, so you approached the order counter, ordered off the menu up above you, took your order number and drink cups, and placed it at the table you self-sat yourself at. In about 10 minutes, a young cute female server brought out the food. As for the beer, you waited while they filled the pitcher since you took that back yourself. They had«patrollers» who checked for any empty plates that could be cleared away… which they kindly did for us. Easy breezy cover girl!!! Parking(Free) — The parking lot they shared with about five other businesses in the small mini strip mall tended to fill up fast, but not this night. Otherwise, there was free parking along the main drag of Foothill Blvd. and all the surrounding residential side streets. Atmosphere, décor, ambience — Your basic pizza parlor, it was spacious with booths and tables everywhere, a separate arcade section for the kiddies, local sports teams and town logos and paraphernalia plastered on the walls, mostly electric lighting while some natural lighting came through the large front windows during the daytime, several TVs that gave that sports bar touch(but with no actual bar) , and low-level background music. Attire — Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. Overall, La Canada Flintridge’s Round Table Pizza has served the community well, unhealthy food be damned! They made no mistake about who they were — a friendly fast food pizza parlor with standard fare and prices with a comforting and welcoming environment. The service was very good, a relatively wide menu selection and decent beer and wine offerings. To attract more of the sports fan audience and boost those alcohol sales, they should consider a happy hour special if they don’t already(the LCF liked to drink!). I found fairly good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above(total bill was around $ 38.00 before tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice… AMEX! 3.5STARS

This place is the worst(not restaurant) eating place I have ever seen. Floor/carpet very dirty, restrooms I can’t even explain how dirty & the smell & they are next to arcade & eating area. Salad bar always messy & empty. Pizza is vey good but you have to take it to go. Health department should get involved asap. Very bad

Wow one of my favorite places to go as a kid just fell down the tubes. Live in the area and came here with the family. Place was empty only three tables were occupied. Ordered pizza and wings placed my number on a table nearby and played games while we waited. When our pizza arrived I asked for anchovy on the side and they gave me artichoke. Hm. well I thought they heard me wrong so we continued to eat and almost done with our pizza the anchovy arrived. I asked where our wings were and one of the employee said she would check on it. Almost 10 mins later the manager came to our table and said«you wanted another order of wings?» I then told her we never got it and she insisted that she spoke to me and that I asked if it was mild. ??? 1st thing a manager should never do is accuse someone of lying. 2nd would be to check the plastic number that is given to the customer to make sure the food is given to the correct individual. 3rd. she never apologized and walked back to the kitchen and told me that she will make it now after accusing me of lying. 4th. no signs of chicken wings, bones, plates with wing sauce, celery sticks or ranch dressing. Why would I lie about not receiving wings, second, there weren’t any wings on our table. Plenty of wings on the other tables but not ours. So all in all if you want to be accused of lying in front of your kids, eat salty pizza and add artichoke on your pizza by all means have a blast and enjoy La Canada Roundtable pizza. Not me, I work too hard for my money where I can simply go to blaze pizza or Giovanni Pizza without any guilt or accusation. Clearly this manager doesn’t know the first thing about customer service, timing on getting the food out and the owner has no clue that they lost a long standing customer who grew up eating round table pizza. Well now he does.

This place has been around LC forever. Unfortunately for them, with new competition such as Blaze Pizza encroaching on their turf, I feel that they will continue to lose customers. Their prices remain on the higher side, even with discount coupons. And for some reason, they refuse to change out their antiquated arcade games for newer, trendier games. Their pizzas still taste great, and they do have nice televisions to watch sporting events. But if I were the owner of this particular branch, I would invest more into the arcade games. They should also lower prices and offer newer styles of pizza.

Ok pizza . We have been coming here for 26 years Since Oscar was the owner. Brought home the large veggie pizza! No meat and cost was $ 20.70 even after a $ 5 discount. The taste was not as good as before and four of us agreed. The crust was thicker. Not fresh tasting. We decided to go to Blaze pizza… Thick crust and fresher tasting at $ 18.00 for two larger size and one was sausage and the other veggie. not certain if we plan to return to round table again. Dissapointed…
