Visited 6⁄3 and 6÷4÷2016 Customer service definitely can use some improvements. It’s obvious who knows what regarding the store items. Jeremy seems to be the most knowledgeable. The other employees seems to need more training. Free shared parking. No free wifi!!!

I purchased an apple iphone6s plus on 12÷20÷15 @ 1:30p.m. on T-Mobile equipment Installment plan specifically declining the extended warranty. After leaving the store, according to my T-mobile documents, the store went ahead and enrolled me in a $ 10.00 for equipment extended warranty at 2:58p.m. I have all the documents to prove this. T-Mobile and it’s authorized retailers truly I rate you as «undesirable». I would rather go back to verizon wireless next time!!! The sales person that handled the transaction was knowledgeable and courteous, very, very friendly. It seems, an extra sell was apparently required because the Manager was doing a very hard sell on additional products that I didn’t want. Things such as, a phone case, bluetooth speakers, extended warranty, ect. I repeatedly said, «no, thank you». I caught this a few months later, and had to cancel it the warranty. In the 10 years I’ve been a customer with Verizon wireless, I may have spent a total of 10 minutes on the phone when I required assistance. With T-Mobile, it feels like I’ve spent 10 years on the phone with them.

I don’t really leave feedback unless I am truly impressed and tonight is one of those days. Came in to upgrade couldn’t have met a nicer and more friendly group of employees. I just upgraded from my iPhone 6 to iPhone 6s Plus white and Jeremy the store manager showed true professionalism and dedication to the company. Helped my sis and I with every question and concern we had. We need more people like him and his staff in the retail world. Thank you to Jeremy, Tim, and Vanessa! Will be coming back and recommending my friends and family!

Switched from ATT to T-mobile a few months back. The transition was a little bumpy, but Steph made things right every step of the way. So right in fact, that when she moved from Hollywood to LaCanada, I followed her there. So happy with my iPhone 6S and T-Mobile service!

Love this store, we actually switched from AT&T where we had a perfect account just because of Rigo, he made us feel so welcoming, and was absolutely thorough with helping us switch over. This store and location is the best, and is still open!!!
