Update from 2÷11÷2015. Last time I give a Unilocal review while still in the store. My transactions were not done yet and I WAS very pleased with Mike until two hours in the store visit until… I got two gizmos and I upgraded my iPhone. Mike told me I would get two $ 25 gift cards(one for each gizmo) and a $ 100 rebate for updating my phone. Such trash talk. After being here for two hours they ended up giving me the wrong color! I told him, hey that is not gold! He was very apologetic. He explained that they don’t have gold! Why in the world would you activate a phone that wasn’t what a customer asked for? He said to come back on Friday and he would fix it.(still not upset at this point. People make mistakes) He calls me first thing on Friday and says they have to order it. Should be here by Sunday. Sunday comes and goes. After the holiday weekend I come in today, Tuesday and it turns out he NEVER ordered it!!! Also turns out he got let go. Poor guy, but I understand why. He talked a talk but couldn’t deliver. Today they would not give my rebate. Not my fault the guy activated the wrong color! Why penalize the customer for a mistake that they had no control over? So disgusted. Leaving today with my old phone.(Update after 3 hours) A sales rep called my husband and said he could get us the rebate. That shouldn’t of taken so long.

I was most certainly pleased with the employees I’ve dealt with the passed couple times I’ve been in to get my new phone. They did everything they could to make me satisfied. Very nice people and accommodating.

We bought a Bluetooth device that failed within the first couple of weeks. Noisehush honored the warranty, but the replacement wouldn’t even sync with the phone. We tried to return it to this store and were told that we were outside of the 14 day return policy. I do NOT recommend buying anything at this store. BTW, Verizon’s policy is to take the return. I highly recommend that you only purchase at a corporate store.

Arlan and his coworker are a bunch of scammers who lied about paying less for our plan, and it was a sham! Don’t go there, cause they’re a hub of Verizon and are independently owned.

Call before you go. After seeing online that the store opened at 10 am, I went there at 10:30 am to find the store closed. The sign on the door also said the store opened at 10 am.

This place is great! Totally helpful. No long lines or waiting. I finally have a phone that works and gets signal. I had a great experience switching my phone over!!! No hassle or fuss! Thanks Ani :)

DONOTGOHERE! The young guy working at the counter who’s name i forgot is more eager to sell his favorite cell phones and accessories than to actually help you with whatever you went in for. I went into this store to purchase an iPhone for my brother and my mom who both had upgrades about a month ago. I had heard that the new iPhone5 was coming out pretty soon, sometime in Sept but no one knew exactly when. This guy completely discouraged us to wait for the new iPhone, saying it’s not for sure theres a new iPhone coming out, and if it was, it was going to be such a big hassle to get one, nearly impossible! Mind you we were getting a discount because we had upgrades, and had we waited and not listened to him could have gotten the new iPhone 5. He then tried to help us with our phone plan, since we were adding another line, so that the bill would be more affordable. We were in this store for more than an hour! He apparently signed us up for a plan that was great and was exactly what we wanted. He then sold us a wireless device for our business land line that was going to take the place of our AT&T plan. AT&T charges us 50+ whereas the verizon unit was going to be only $ 20 a month. Great! He explained how to connect the device, and then to come back to the store in a couple of days so he can port over our old number and finish everything up. So we did. He told us that Verizon would port over the number, and AT&T would be cancelled automatically. I of course could still call in and check to make sure AT&T was cancelled. When I called, he said everything was done and taken care of. I don’t know what the hell he was doing the entire time we were there, for both days this guy didn’t do ANYTHING! Our new verizon bill came for the next month $ 450!!! OMG! I called 611 from my cell phone and was told that we were still on our old phone plan, nothing had been changed. Then we noticed that even our business number was not ported over. It was to be done a long time ago, it took only 4 days apparently, and it was already a month! Then of course AT&T bill came, and the Verizon bill. We were charged from both companies. I was so furious! I went into the Verizon store in the Glendale Galleria where they then called in and ported our number, and warned us to not go into that store. I am so disappointed and upset that we even purchased anything from this store. What a waste of time and money! I will warn everyone I know not to ever go to this store for anything!

Purchase a Droid X 14 months ago from them. Two days ago the LCD display was out, so I took it back in to see if it can be fixed. Rather than look at the problem and try to fix it, they quickly attempted to sell me a new phone saying that the phone is not functioning and these things happen all the time and they not fixable. I was very upset at the notion of paying $ 185 for a new phone, but I was discouraged heavily to attempt to fix the phone. I came back to my office and ran a Google search on the problem and rectified the problem within 3 minutes. Certainly the Verizon shop could have at least attempted to do the same or look into some kind of service manual to try and fix the problem, but they did not. All they cared about was getting a new phone out the door. I am certain that I will not be using this company ever again for any sort of phone purchase, and fairly certain that once my contract is up with Verizon, I will be switching back to Sprint.
