I tried pilates for a while but I came back to Derick and Vicky. They both know how to challenge me but keep it fun. The gym space is private, so I don’t have to feel self-concious when I am learning something new or wait to use the equipment. Getting a cardio workout as well as a resistance workout in the same hour, saves me time. When I leave, I feel so thoroughly worked out that I usually stagger out to my car. Make sure to put a healthy snack in your bag for afterwards and try them out.
