Cha Cha Pools

Thanks Wiley for doing an excellent job on my pool cleaning. This place is excellent Wiley made it to my door within minutes and took care of the job in no time.

If I could rate zero stars, I would.
For starters– If you take a look at their 5-​Star review from Alex A. you’ll see that he has only made 2 reviews– the other being for House of Pi– which he says he went to with his buddy, WILEY! You can’t trust these guys!
Wiley came out and gave an initial quote, and proceeded to tell me that it would be 5 dollars more a month just for the drive up the hill. Okay, whatever. We hired him and immediately there were problems. They were charging us for chlorine to be put in our SALT WATER pool. The flat rate ended up not being so flat.
Our salt cell wasn’t getting power to it and we called to have the wires connected. Wiley sent Dan out and he told us that it requires part– it definitely didn’t. We called Wiley up and told him this and Wiley himself came out and confirmed it was an easy fix, not requiring any parts.
They kept disconnecting our Kreepy Krauly. When I asked them to please connect it when they finish service, the pool guy connected it into the wrong place and it didn’t work– within a day our pool was dirty.
Wiley is horrible with answering the phone and calling back. Numerous amounts of messages went unanswered.
The final straw: We purchased a SunTouch controller. I called Wiley asking to get it installed. Of course he never called me back so I emailed him. First he told me he would schedule it, then he didn’t get back to me. I called him the following week and his guy, Dan, called me back and told me it would be installed Tuesday. Then I get an email from Wiley saying installation would be completed by Wednesday. On Tuesday morning I speak with Dan and he says he will be there in the afternoon to start installation. Then they never showed up. I called the next day and Dan told me that Wiley had cancelled installation with me– he had NEVER called me. I called and left him a voice-​mail and emailed him. I get an email back saying that «pool services with you are canceled immediately» and «We will submit a final invoice this week» with no explanation as to why.
All I can say is that it’s not professional work– his guys don’t even know how to connect the kreepy krauly! They put chlorine in a salt water pool! Their communication skills are horrible.
I would strongly advise you either spend a little more to find a better company than Pool Jr.
