Terrible customer service. I ordered cupcakes and when I arrived to pick them up, they were not ready. After a 30 minute wait, they were iced incorrectly. During my wait I never received an apology for the mistake. I would have happily moved on from this incident as everyone makes mistakes, however I was late to my party, the cupcakes were iced with whip cream instead of buttercream and the cupcakes tasted terrible. Buyer beware.
