My family and I are so grateful for everyone at Crippen. The loss of a loved one is never easy but they became family during a difficult time. Chris, our arrangement counselor, was so helpful and did all he could to make planning the arrangements as easy as possible. Not a day passed when we didn’t speak with Chris. He kept us up to date and Ron and his team worked hard to iron out any snafus we encountered. Words cannot express how much we appreciate Chris, Ron and the entire Crippen team.

I couldn’t have said it better: what Lottie W said is spot on. Each person at Crippens was a patient and caring listener. We didn’t know what to do and didn’t know our options. They guided us through gently and kindly, no pressure at all, and continued to be there for us in the weeks after the service as we had other questions and needs.
