Responded quickly to correspondence. Good and fair pricing. On time. Finished the job faster than expected. Friendly crew. Robert replaced my 15 year old AC system and fixed issues that the previous installer overlooked or was too lazy to do the job right. He took care of getting the permit and the inspector. Everything passed, AC is running well and I’m a happy customer.

Robert is a friendly person who came and fixed my AC unit just as summer was heating up. Called at 8am and he was at my door at 10am on a weekend. Fast, no nonsense and fair service. Highly recommended.

Robert Hall and his crew came out to our house we just bought that only had heat installed. Due to the ceiling structure and minimal crawl space, the prices we got from other contractors made us think twice of getting AC installed. Hands down best AC company I’ve dealt with. I had 5 different local companies come to my house to try and fix the problem and all told me I needed a new system (because they couldn’t figure out the problem). I’ve only met Richard and he is a great guy.
He came to check my central AC five years ago but didn’t find anything wrong. He didn’t even charge me.
Last week, he did maintenance work on my outside AC unit, charged freon, and changed my thermostat.
Btw, he sold me a thermostat for $ 50 but you can find it cheaper on Amazon for $ 32. However, I really didn’t care since I needed a new thermostat right at that moment.
The thermostat he sold me seems to be a very good one but my heater won’t turn on when the room temperature was 2 degrees lower than my setting temperature. When I tried to play with the thermostat, my heater finally turned on but after I hit 10 degrees higher.
Richard came back to check it with no extra charge. He told me all new thermostats now have a five minutes wait time and I can’t keep plying with it.
Anyways, I ended up asking him to install a new thermostat I bought. Btw, the thermostat works perfect now.
Richard took his thermostat back and refunded me the money. He actually came back another time to drop the money off. And again with no extra charge.
I’ll be their loyal costumer for life now.

Their service is fabulous, prompt and reasonably priced. They installed our HVAC system on recommendation from friends, and their price was fair, the service excellent, and the final product worked great. I like the fact that they sell you only what you need, and I trusted their suggestions and recommendations implicitly. Recently had an issue with the a/​c unit — called them and Robert Hall came by within 1 ½ hours to find that it just needed a new set of filters. Very reasonable service charge, and I was back in business within 2 hours of calling them!

These guys are truly fantastic. Another HVAC company had installed our house AC improperly. Robert Hall and his co-​worker came out and they assessed our situation for free, told the first company how to fix it, and got them to fix it for free. I can’t say enough nice things about this company (they also installed our AC in a previous location and did a fantastic job – yes, we should have used them in our last job).

I have been considering adding central air & heat for some time now. Robert Hall & Sons came highly recommended by several circle of friends. He gave me an incredibly fair price & did the whole job in less than 2 days. Left my house very clean. Called first thing Monday morning with AC problem and knew immediately I made a great choice. Friendly receptive voice eager to accommodate the customer. What a concept. I was told that the next available opening was the following morning and if anything opened earlier I would be contacted. A couple of hours later came the call and minutes later Bob appeared. Nicest man you’ll ever meet. Removed a bunch of dog hair, added freon, and billed a more than fair fee for the service. FYI. Only company that was able to respond less than three days. Thanks again.

After fifteen years our first Robert Hall A/​C unit finally gave out. We called them back and they came out and told us it had to be replaced, the compressor had worn out. Because we were looking at $ 4,500 we thought it prudent to get a second opinion, and another company told us they could fix it for $ 500. Long story short: after the $ 500 and marginallly-​cooler air, Company #2 told us the compressor had worn out and we were due for a $ 5,000 replacement. We called RH back and in two days we had a brand new A/​C unit that works great.
These guys have been in the business a long time, they know their stuff, and their prices are competitive. Next time I won’t bother with a second opinion.
