This location has the worst employees horrible customer service they don’t care about what you want all they care about is their commission do employ a bunch of Mr. and Mrs. know it all’s that have nothing but an attitude problem. Would never give them my business I rather travel 100 miles to get Customer Service somewhere else than this place try to give my local Verizon store business and that’s what I get

I’m not sure why people have rated them so low! I’m always satisfied with my service. Great customer service, Ani Carol consulted me when I was first introduced and I couldn’t be happier. She upgraded me & my family to Edge which is a great program for I Phone & Samsung savvy customers. Marc is also great and tends to help me out when Ani isn’t available. After their remodel and undergoing new management, you can surely see an advanced staff and more than enthusiastic approach.

This place deserve 0 star. They provide the worse customer service ever. I’m sorry for Verizon I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years but Now I’m willing to pay that $ 340 cancellation fee and switch to a provider that actually appreciate my business.

Wow. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Just had the worst customer service ever. Went in because my mom had a broken S6 phone and we wanted to transfer her data to an old S4 phone. The girl who was helping us had a rude tone since the beginning which got me ticked off from the start(I have work experience with customer service). Anyway, she says that because we are on a Edge Plan, in order to change the device it will cost over $ 400. I was translating all of this to my mom in Korean, but I thought it would be better at that point if we just go to the Verizon store in ktown with korean service(where we originally bought the s6) so that my mom and dad can understand what’s going on fully. But then the worker starts raising her voice and explains to me about the price to change the device AGAIN(like girl, I understand what you’re telling me already). And then the woman manager steps in and raises HER voice now, explaining the SAMESHIT again, and how whether I go to a Korean or english store the situation is the same(which I know), but I wanted to hear more details from the korean Verizon store… why don’t these people understand what I’m trying to tell them? The workers here have no idea what proper customer service is. I can’t believe even the manager has no idea how to properly talk in a calm professional voice. When the manager started cutting me off to explain the same shit I know, I even noticed other customers looking uncomfortable. Avoid this Verizon location. Go to the one in La Crescenta for MUCH better service. *Updated Review* Went to the actual Verizon store in ktown, found out the foothill location is NOT an actual Verizon store. Notice the«wireless plus» in its name. And they LIED to us by saying we need to pay $ 400 to switch device. At the actual ktown store they said that’s BS. DONOTGOHERE.

This store has the worst customer service and rude sales people. The new hire person who was trying to help me with a phone upgrade did not understand the upgrade process and had to constantly ask the manager(?) for help that caused more delay. The people who work here are not friendly or customer service oriented. We will continue to shop at the Pasadena/Lake store where customer service is #1. DONOTSHOPATTHISVERIZONSTORE!

They are so helpful here, they get you in and out quickly. It is my «go to» store! If you live in the foothills you should check out this store.

Poor customer service and extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I would never give these guys business. I ordered 3 phones from these guys to keep my business local. One arrived early and the other 2 got delayed by 3 weeks. They would not release my phone to me until all 3 arrive… Not even verizon corp has such stupid rules. I had to call the store 4 times and they keep telling me that they would speak to the manger and call me back but that never happens. Don’t waist your money on this premium store. Stores like these need to go out of business to make room for businesses that care about the community. Hope they read my bad review and the others posted by individuals that got screwed like me.

Not closed. I was here today. I bought a car charger about a year ago. I have had to replace it several times. I went in today to get a new one. The guy looked up my account and said. Ooow… uhhh yeah nothing we can do about replacing it. You can buy a new one. Why would I buy a new charger if the last 3 sucked. Poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Look for another store.

RETURNPOLICY: All wireless phone accessory and pre-pay phones replenishment sales are final. No returns or refunds. Defective accessories will be replaced with like equipment if within the warranty term and guidelines. So I bought a universal charger for my iphone4s which is the only charger available for sale. SKU# cacchy000043 $ 29.99 It’s supposed to be a 9′ coil cord. First of all, it was difficult to plug into the vehicle power outlet in 2 vehicles. 2nd, the cord is so tightly wound that to extend it beyond 12 inches is extremely difficult and puts undue pressure/stress on the cord itself. You can’t even plug in to charge your phone and talk. Before I opened the product I read the receipt return warranty and said, «Oh crap». I realize this isn’t a verizon wireless corporate store and I didn’t have a choice. My area is in the 2nd day of a power failure due to hurricane force winds and I needed to make phone calls. My suggestion is to stay away from Verizon wireless premium retailers, in this case Wireless Plus-123LC. Big difference from the norm of a corporate store. Beware
