I needed an HDMI cable for my Apple TV. Sales rep was really nice and helpful. I almost purchased the wrong one and he informed me that it wouldn’t work with Apple TV. So I purchased the right one and it worked great!
Bad side is that I found the one I was looking for and had to return the one I bought from them. But they took it back with no problems or questions asked. Very nice helpful ppl!

The sprint store here is disrespectful and has no idea what kind of rules and promotions are going on. Just yesterday we switched 2 of our lines, came into this location because it’s closer to other members of the family plan. They would not honor the same deals we got in another store.
I even had him pull up my bill so he could see how the other phone lines are being charged.

I needed to buy a brand new Sprint phone. At first I was thankful there was a local RadioShack that could help me, until the service was so bad I didn’t want to give this location any business and drove to the Sprint store in Glendale.
I will never go back here.

Was just in to buy some batteries and a few other gadgets. The ONLY employee there was from the Sprint side who could not help ring up the Customers. We waited about 15 minutes and still no one was there to help. They lost 4 Customers due to no employee present. BAD SERVICE!

Who ever fixed my iphone is a idiot and a piece of shit… I open my phone for fixing of my own and noticed so many screws are missing, as in he didn’t bother to put it back together… the fuck? … lucky i don’t know exactly who did this to my phone. not a threat at all it’s a promise to righteously deal with the individual and do the same to his phone, who tampered with my phone… Also my sim card was missing i had to come back and get it the next day… do your job right foolish one… if you can’t put together a damn phone and some screws you are retarded…

It’s very nice to have a business so close to my home that has good service and a nice selection. However, this Radio Shack allows transients to camp out right in front of it’s door. Imagine having to walk by a transient who is using shopping carts and tarps to build a camp right in front of the door… do YOU want to shop there?! I certainly don’t and I won’t until they sign trespassing letters with LAPD and do something to discourage this type of activity in our beautiful community.

I often need little chargers and phone cases or other items and this store is very convenient.
We ran in yesterday and the young woman helping us was great– everything she told me about the charger for my Galaxy was spot on. The really nice wall unit charger which charges at 1.5 is super fast. ATT had sent me the cheapest thing when I got my phone.
It is a good $ 20 investment because it works!

My review is based on two visits I had, both interactions with the same employee. I didn’t catch his name but his initials were RL on the receipt and he was a younger short guy.
My boyfriend and I came in to check out over the air HDTV antennas; they had several options ranging from $ 20-​$ 90. As we were browsing the young man approached us and was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to up sell us, on the contrary, he suggested we buy the cheaper one because he said it worked just as well as the $ 90 one. He also explained the return policy so if we weren’t satisfied we could bring it back and get another one.
We went home and unfortunately the antenna did not work out for us. The next day I went back to return the product and the same young man was there. The store was empty and the 3 other employees could not care less that I had entered. The young man who had helped us before came right up to me and asked how it had worked out for us. I explained it did not do the job and he quickly issued a refund.
I really appreciated the employee who was friendly, helpful, and honest about the products at the store and will happily come back anytime!

I got what I wanted. An iphone charger from a very helpful and super attentive staff.
It’s close to where I live. No complaint.

Worst ever. Shelves not stocked. Only one employee on the floor — was spending 10 minutes trying to up sell an iPhone 5 to a customer checking out while 3 other customers waited to be helped.
Oh, and the a/​c wasn’t working on a 90+ degree day.

Went in for some «they’ll do for now» cheap earbuds. Dude was on his phone pretty much the whole time I was talking to him– unacceptable.
I gave him two stars for reluctantly wishing me a good day and for answering a few questions, but bra, put your cell phone down for just a moment and make a little eye contact. Just give me TWO MINUTES of your time. I wanna be one with you, dude from Radioshack. I promise, your celly will be waiting for you when I leave.
With so many hard working jobless people desperate for jobs (any job), it amazes me when I see workers like this. Maybe they aren’t as knowledgeable, but what’s knowledge if you can’t even take the time to greet a costumer and give them your full attention? Here’s some advice: fire everyone, start all over, hire some willing workers, and I’d be willing to come back.

The worst service ever, I will never go back here ever again. I went to purchase 2 I touches today and I was treated like a thief. Just because there a small nobody store and they never had a costumer like me, it doesn’t mean I was there to rob them for $ 450. Learn costumer service before you deal with costumers.
DON’t EVER SHOP FROM THIS STORE !!!
