The staff here has always been very friendly, helpful and I believe honest. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for 12 years and I’ve always gotten friendly, honest service. You hear so many horror stories about how some mechanic shops take advantage of people but, I don’t think I’ve ever been taken advantage of in all the years. There is a new tire business just down the block and I wonder how this will affect Big O in the long term. They were busy today so it does not seem to so far. I’ll continue to give them my business.
