We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Kelley. Our patio slab cracked, so we needed a new design to overhaul the space. We told her we had a limited budget, but wanted more than just another cement slab. Kelley really took the time to understand what we wanted, as opposed to just giving us a cookie cutter design. She brought us a few options, showing us what made the most sense for our space as well as incorporating our requests.
As an extra bonus, she realized we were having some water issues in our basement. On her own, she looked into the issue and determined we needed the new patio graded more to direct water away from our house. She also had a downspout buried and trenched into the yard. She did this without us asking, because she wanted the job done well. We haven’t had water issues since.
