Just ordered pizza on the website. Got a confirmation for 30 – 40 mins. After a hour we call and they told us it would be additional 1 ½ hours before we can get the pizza we ordered a hour prior. They said that the website has issues. For a total of 2 ½ hour wait! Ridiculous! They use this excuse all the time. Be careful when you order pizza.

Order pizza and they tell me they need cash only, no problem. I get there
And everyone’s in the back I holler 6 times before someone comes out. Then tells me I haven’t made your pizza I was on phone because we have issues with credit card machine. wtf I can make your pizza when I’m done. Never mind Great customer service you could have called me back and told me jackass
