Hard to write a review like this for in n out… Husband went there to get us food on his way home, I ordered well done animal fries… What I got was a few fries well done most not well done, a few bits of grilled onion and some raw onion, NO spread and clumpy cheese on one side of the fries… I understand y’all were busy, but that is no excuse to serve crap food. I am extremely disappointed as I worked at this exact location 10 years ago and this kind of thing would have never happened… If it wasn’t so far away I would send him back but it isn’t worth a 20 minute drive and waste of gas because the employees made the mistake… My husband was also not asked if he wanted spread or ketchup and got no drink with his order even though he ordered a #1

in-n-out. that’s what a hamburger is all about! LOL yeah, this place gets busy around noon and dinner times. very narrow drive thru but takes cars on both sides. if you go in on the left i recommend that you have automatic windows which will make it easier to grab your food when you reach across the passenger side. consistent quality like other locations and good service. i’ll be back.

I like this in n out but lately they have been messing up my order, I order my burger with no tomatoes and no cheese and they do the opposite by only putting tomatoes and cheese. I’ve came across times where my burger wasn’t fully cooked

OK, I really enjoy In N Out, so no issues with their burgers, fries, or shakes! First visit to this location since I just started a new job nearby. Typical of many locations: drive-thru lines are long at lunch, not much parking. My wait for the drive-thru was only a few minutes on a Thursday at 12:35. Double-Double tasted great! Didn’t get fries cuz I’m getting in shape for summer… Employees were very nice, working hard with a nice smile!

Friendly service and a perfect burger and fries every time at this location. So why write a review this time. I ate onsite in the outdoor seating space and a pleasant young lady named Kim worked very hard to keep the area clean, refill our drinks, and keep smiling, all while taking orders from cars in the drive through lane. Thank you IN ‘N’ OUT.

I don’t know what made today special. Maybe it was the rain or the fact I got my number one during the day and not late at night. All I can say is that the fries were soooooo amazingly good. They were just shy of crisp with so much fluffiness on the inside. You have to eat the fries first since no matter where you go, cold fries suck. The double double animal style was delicious as always. There’s a secret menu some of you might not know, so here’s a quick breakdown. Animal style burger: special sauce(thousand island dressing), pickles, grilled onions; animal fries: fries topped with melted cheese, grilled onions and special sauce; cut chiles: you can get cut yellow chiles put on the burger(it’s absolutely delicious); Neapolitan shake: chocolate, vanilla and strawberry all mixed together; root beer float(or Coke float); 3×3 or 4×4: 3 or 4 beef patties and corresponding number of cheese slices; protein style: wrapped in lettuce, no bun; grilled cheese; and veggie style, all vegetables, cheese and no meat.

I used to eat at In-N-Out about once a week, until I started working in Brea the the La Habra location was the closest. Now I only go to about once a quarter, and every three months I remind myself why I no longer frequent In-N-Out. The quality simply is not there anymore.

In-n-out is consistently high quality with a perfect track record over forty years for me. For me, it was the little burger drive through on Foothill boulevard in Pasadena that sold me. Now there are many eat-in restaurants in the western US. No more outdoor picnic benches.

This location creates so much traffic. Food is good, as usual but the lines are almost always super long.

Hit and miss with this location I prefer fullerton but it’s too far from my house in LA habra. Seriously I go here 4 times a week at least sometimes good sometimes bad the person takes the order correct and correct on the receipt but when you get your food it’s not even close. Apparently light done fry and no onion no tomatoe means smother your burger in gross onions.

The people that work here are very rude. They always get my order wrong, and they take forever doing it. Additionally, when you pull up to the cashier in the drive through, its inevitably some teenager that repeats your order so supersonically fast, that you have to get them to stop, take a breath, and repeat themselves. Listen kids, the point is for us to confirm that you got our order right, so stop rolling your eyes, and just repeat the order so normal people can understand you. Anyway, wont be going here anymore, Brea’s Best up the street is better anyway.

Love In-N-Out, but this location can be a bit challenging. This particular spot is primary drive through considering their parking lot can only accommodate a few cars and there is no indoor seating. Service//Great customer service, they come up to your car to place your order. By the time you get to the window, you pay the cashier and your order is ready. Drive Thru//Their driveway is short and is close to the intersection. However, there are two lanes which speeds up the wait time. There is a bit of traffic getting through the driveway. Food//We ordered animal style hamburger and cheeseburger with fries. Both were delicious but food can get cold by the time you eat since we had to take it to go. Overall//This is a great place for fast food pick up and convenience. However, if you prefer to sit down and enjoy your In-N-Out burger while it’s still hot off the grill there are a few other locations nearby.

I use to live a mile away. I love this place. Can’t go wrong with a double double and light fries. This CAlifornia treat is always amazing!

In n Out never fails to make me happy. I went there yesterday and got a cheeseburger protein style. Delicious! Also the new driveway renovations really helps with the traffic. Glad to see they made the improvements.

This was the first time I’ve ever had a poor experience at in n out. This particular location is always pretty busy, but I managed to come while it was slow. The cashier that helped me named Yvette Va repeated my order back to me correctly but entered it into the POS incorrectly, kept walking away from me when I tried to ask for a side of peppers, and tried to hurry me off before giving me the second half of my order. In n out prides themselves on customer service, but it’s understandable that a few may slip through the cracks. I love in n out and will always come back. but it would be nice if we made sure that the cashiers all be held to the same standard.

Giving this place 3 stars only based on location. Food was good, but the drive thru lines are ridiculously long where you are forced to wait in line in the street and block one lane of traffic. Don’t think anything can be done about this issue, but just wish people would stop honking their horns at you while driving past you. Isn’t it obvious people are in line for In n Out??? Just go around peoples… no big deal!!!

Never can go wrong with an In N Out burger! This one in particular had two drive thru’s and has no idiot seating just FYI. My boys and I were able to take advantage of the beautiful day in their outdoor seating.

There are not many pros to this in n out because there is no indoor seating, if it rains they don’t have outside covers, very limited parking and the drive thru is weird and always packed. However, the customer is just as great as well as the good. But the location is just not preferable given certain circumstances. They gave a bathroom you just need a key or code, I forgot.

It’s what you expect from a quality In & Out. Great burgers, excellent and efficient service, and easy on the pocketbook. We stopped by here(myself, Belle T, Stephanie A, +1) on our way to Palm Springs. I expected a line(we came around 1100) and while there was a line, it moved swiftly. The gentleman who took our order was awesome. We had multiple orders with different specifications and this guy kept everything straight and made sure our order was 100% correct when delivered. A+ customer service! Of course, the food was scrumptious.
