Amazing sandwiches! Can’t be Jersey Mikes! Fresh ingredients and fast service. They always have fresh bread and generous portions. The service is friendly and is 100x better than subway. If you want quality, friendly staff, and great bang for buck — go to this Jersey Mikes!

Food is great but customer service –5 stars the gentleman that’s was taking our order rude, not friendly and I’m sorry to say acting racist!!! I took my family so they can also experience how good your food is since my company order for us during special events, but that day, felt very uncomfortable and food did not taste good at all for same reason, my family felt the same way !!!

The lady at the cashier had give attitude when we told her we were picking an order I doubt that I will come back to this location after that awful experience with that lady and manager stood there and agreed with her employee.

It was our first time eating here and I have to say the sandwich was fantastic! I ordered a Turkey with provolone and it was so good! My husband loved his roast beef sandwich also. I would say they are the best sandwich shop; way better than Subway. The sandwich sizes are generous and for the price you can’t beat it. I would definitely go back again! Yummy!

Last minute training we had to put on and we called just before closing time to place an order for the next day and was hoping they would be able to cater for us. The employee had to called the manager and the manager was eager and happy to do the job.
We like to thank the entire Jersey Mike’s group and especially the manager for getting us out of a bind. We look forward to do more business with them.

I received weird service here on a Saturday night and I’m not sure the sandwich maker washed his hands, even if he put on gloves before making my sandwich. There were two men there and one did not help at all except at the last minute. It was severely slow. Then, I got to the register and as I’m touching the buttons for my credit card he’s telling me to touch the buttons… kind of weird like… I know what I’m doing and I’m clearly entering my information on the screen. His tone was rude, too so it threw me off.

This was my first and last time at this location. The service was terrible! The lil skinny tall white worker was making 3 sandwiches in front of me and it took him honestly 10 mins! He looked as to be making them slow on purpose. Non of the workers spoke or acknowledge any of the customers. This was a very weird sandwich shop. After the 3 sandwiches in front of me once he finally got to me, he got my order WRONG! customer service absolutely at it WORST!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’ve been to this location several times, but won’t ever be going back stemming from the last crappy service experience. I was craving a good sandwich on a Sunday evening, so I drive over and walk in, to notice 5 customers inside already eating. Cool.
So, I stand in line and figure out what I want within a few minutes, only to have no one greet me, nor remotely desire to help take my order. I might add I was the ONLY ONE standing in line.
After several more minutes an older Caucasian man, built like a body builder of some sort finally decides to greet me, and says he will help me in just a minute. But he doesn’t. He works in super slow motion, going back and forth into the back storage section. And after several more minutes of being ignored and unattended to, I got fed up and decided to leave. It’s truly as if they didn’t want my business, and would rather close up shop as soon as possible! Not good at all.
It’s a good thing another location opened just a few miles up the road in La Mirada. They welcome my business unlike this location.

I placed my ordered online and picked up with no hassles. Subs are very tasty; especially the one I had, the Reuben pastrami sub. Will come back to try some other subs.

Employees seem to not care about customer service. Talking amongst themselves when they have guests in line. Sandwiches are good, but for the price, i’d rather go to subway. I’ll try this location in the near fututre once again or try another location as well.

I ordered a chipotle cheese steak sub and it was the most disgusting tasteless sub I’ve ever had. Anything at subway is better than the gross sloppy wet mess of a sub that I ordered. My first time here I ordered it with extra meat… Didn’t have a choice of what kind of bread I wanted. And on top of that the «steak» was frozen the cheese gave off some sort of water that made my sub soggy and gross! The meat was tasteless and on top of that it cost me 15.00!
Fuck that! I rather go to chipotle and get a bowl with chips and guacamole for a 15 dollar meal

Subway??? Never again… Number 13 was amazing! Customer service was fantastic Daniel and Megan really took their time and were very pleasant, even with three small children their patients and their level of customer service was incredible

If you don’t want to accept corporate coupons, CHANGE YOUR FUCKING NAME! As soon as they RE-​READ it, and realized it was for a free sub, if I bought a drink and chips, they said they didn’t accept that coupon here. Funny how, when they thought it was for free chips and drink if I bought the sub, they were going to take it.
I will never be back to this location.

Somewhat price, but great sandwiches. Love this place.

My first visit. Not too impressed. After placing the order I pulled out my credit card and the girl immediately asked me to check a box indicating whether I would or wouldn’t offer a tip. This is before I’d received any food or even knew what it tasted like. I’m not too enthusiastic about tipping at McDonald’s or Carl’s or Jackinthebox so why the heck would I tip these guys? Fast food is fast food. The sandwich was okay but not fabulous.

Every time I take a bite of this sandwich it makes me feel like I’m in New Jersey I like that sauce they put on it

This was our first visit to Jersey Mike’s. The service is at the Chick-​Fil-​A level where the employees are polite and welcoming. Jersey Mike’s offers hot and cold submarine sandwiches as well as wraps. You can also make your sub into a salad, they call it a sub in a tub.
My wife and I ordered the #7, turkey breast and provolone ($ 7.95 ea) regular size on white bread. We had them «Mike’s way» with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, spices and «The Juice», red wine vinegar & olive oil. They offer 3 sizes of sandwiches, mini is 5-​inches, regular is 7-​inches and giant is a whopping 14-​inches! The giant is large enough to share for two.
Everything is prepared right in front of you, that includes slicing the meat off of big chubs using a slicing machine rather than have them pre-​sliced. I don’t know if it makes a big difference in taste, but it’s impressive and a nice touch. We both enjoyed our turkey subs, the meat was lean and full of flavor. Jersey Mike’s actually has a grill for cooking the meats for their hot sandwiches. They aren’t as cheap as Subway, but they offer better quality and better service.

I ordered the tuna and for $ 8 I expected a lot more, she asked what I wanted on it and I said tuna.
Combo with chips and soda over $ 11 way to expensive and will not go back.

This is a good place to grab lunch or a quick dinner. Even during the lunch rush it is normally easy to find parking close by. There is some seating inside and you have the option for outside. It is generally clean, and the staff is friendly.
The food is quite tasty. All of the ingredients are of good quality. They cut the meat as you order. You can taste the difference. It does cost more than a place like Subway, but you get more quality for your money so in my mind it is worth it. I normally get mine made in the sun dried tomato wrap.

I am sooo disappointed with my experience here. Which sucks because I have heard great reviews about them. Not sure if it was bad because the cashiers had no boss out and thought they can act how they want…
We specifically asked the guy making our sandwich (don’t know his name because they were not wearing name tags) if we can switch out the kids meal cookie for chips and he said yeah thats fine. So at check out the blonde cashier Geralyn (name from receipt so im assuming thats her) said no we cannot do that. And the other guy just looked down and never said that he even told us its ok. If they couldn’t have done it he should have told me no sorry but since he said yes to me and then I was told no that got me so upset! Then she also forgot to give me my reciept… the kids cup. and the cookie for the kids meal. I had to ask for it all.
I was also not impressed with the food. I got a chicken sandwich and my chicken was soo dry and there just wasnt enough in it. I felt like it was all bread. I went with my hubby and my parents and they also were not impressed with the food. I would not come back here. The customer service is terrible! To top it off they stood in the back talking when we left and never looked up to say bye to their customers.
