McDonald’s

This location is usually hit or miss and I’ve come to just go with it. But today was a big miss. The new mozzarella sticks were way under cooked, the parties are my burger and my fries we way over cooked and yet some how cold. The kitchen crew need to be trained

I need an apology from the owner of this Mcdonalds. The manager that was in at 3:10 pm on january the 5^th cussed me out and argued with me while I was asking for her help. I own a business down the street and this is unacceptable. Her name was Katie, but not sure if that was a real name.
Please help!

Worst McDonald. Especially the drive through. I think they just hire people randomly without any interviews. They seems to have teens that don’t seem to care about their jobs staffing the drive thru. The attendants were rude and unprofessional. So beware of coming here. You will likely get the wrong order and have to deal with «kids» with no common sense and customer service.

I ordered a number 4 with NO sausage. How hard is that to get right? All it takes is someone to actually pay attention to the one task at hand to get the order correct. If I didn’t have such a large order today or would’ve been easy to catch. The last thing I want to find when opening my food is a slab of meat when I don’t eat meat! Very upset.

Got a hamburger with nothing but meat… WTF! I suppose someone forgot but really… it’s a hambuger. this is just like the time I got a big mac with no sauce… I got ripped off.

i don’t ever write Unilocal to be honest but i feel like i had to for this mcdonalds. Anything special? Lol no just your average McDonalds. Nothing bad at all honestly! Whats making me write this Unilocal is the fact that they’re system was down and only accepted cash st 1am which is totally cool with me. Since they’re system was down they were doing everything manually like literally adding the orders themselves with just a paper and calculator. Just wanted to give you guys props for still working hard and getting my food prepared in a timely manner. Great job guys honestly!

TERRIBLE manager. I came here at 7:30pm and ordered a Big Mac combo with a MEDIUM ICED COFFEE BLACk, no cream or sugar but they gave me the flavored one instead. I told her on the spot when the drink came out and she chucked the coffee in into the trash very abruptly, walked away, and came back to hand me the coffee without a word. No apology or anything.

McDonald’s stop being so worried about fast service and worry abt your food! Thought I would treat myself to a big breakfast yukkkk! The egg was like a big rubber blob i picked it up with my fork all in one piece and it was hard and shook like rubber yuk! When I asked to get it replaced they brought me another big rubber blob but Warner yuk! What happen to the soft scrabbled eggs you used to serve!!! I Could have spent $ 4.99 for a breakfast special at Marie Calendars and my morning would have started out better than this! Last time! Don’t go here for breakfast… the rest of it was pre made and cold and biscuit was hard too! Never stop by midday they allow these certain people to drink cup after cup of coffee using their devices and blabbing in their language to sit in there hour after hour so it makes it difficult to find a seat…

A nice quick meal I can get during my breaks/​lunches, 1 minute walk. They are affordable and quick. Most of the associates are really cool. Lots of food to choose from. I like that they have free wi-​fi and I like sitting in the booths. Nice place to just relax and get your grub on lol I probably been here like 500 times haha

Drive thru is always a miserable location. 2 cheeseburgers and a Diet Coke. Simple. I had to repeat myself three times.
I know it’s McDonald’s, but these are some f&ckig rude workers!
If I want extra sauce, give me extra sauce!

My experience here was horrible. I will never come to this location again. I waited 30 minutes, they got the order completely wrong and I paid for food I didn’t get

The costumer service here is horrible. I asked for more Habenero sauce and she said no. Come on, I had a big order. I don’t understand, it doesn’t come out of your wages.

Worst McDonald’s around! Food was regular McDonald’s food but the service is what sucked. The cashier’s were so rude. I asked a question and she just looked at me with a look of disgust. The manager had to answer my question. They didn’t let me know my food was ready so by the time I finally went to inquire about my food, it was cold.

I brought my four young boys here for breakfast and playtime, and was happily surprised at the excellent service we received! Our order was taken with a smile, was ready before I’d even walked away from the counter, and then one of the employees offered to carry our tray when she saw that my hands were full of toddlers! The food was good and the proper temperature. The tables were clean, and there was plenty of space around the indoor play area. Kids are happy and so is this mama! Thanks to the excellent crew working here!

Still the worst McDonald’s ever. I haven’t been here in about a year but the reputation was that they could never get a simple order correct. Here I am again a year later and 2 people brought their meals back because they were wrong. My burger was absolutely disgusting, even by McDonald’s standards. The red onions looked like they had been frozen or freeze dried and rehydrated. The cheese never even had a chance of melting. The burger was dry and tasteless — and it was the new $ 5 sirloin burger. Never again.

So disappointed in the fact that the new artisan grilled chicken is so little. If you eat at McDonald’s you know how big the buns are and for the chicken to less than half the size is sad. Not to mention they tossed on a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce. Jessica one of the associates, was very kind and had them make another sandwich. Bigger and better and fresh.

Usually it’s okay, but I’ve gone there a few times at night and had the same girl that seems to be talking crap about her manager or making inappropriate comments with her coworkers while I’m waiting at the window. As a bonus, today’s cheeseburger came with… no meat?!

It has been a while since I have been here and maybe it was a weekend morning thing, but we had a great experience. Get this they take your food to your table and a person walks around filling up your coffee!!! What up with that mcDonalds, table service???
LOVIN IT!

First time here!
WOW! My tiny child wanted to come to McDonald’s after school! So we came into this location because it looks newer and cleaner than the one off of Leffingwell. We got here when every other mother decided to bring their child to burn some energy! It was packed with kids of all ages! Screams of excitement and cries of agony were reaching my ears!
So if you are planning to bring your little ones here at 3:30 during the week might not be a good time! Gymnastics and Martial arts classes are over around this time and everybody is here!
As for the service, the employees did a great job getting my order correctly and very fast considering the craziness that was going on! I even got a free Mcflurry! :)

Mc Donalds is a option that many people take due to it being quite cheap and affordable. I think this Mc Donalds does has enough parking and they also do have two speakers for drive through area.
What makes them different I believe is the service. They are really happy and when you walk inside the place is super clean not like many others and service is quick with the right order.
I am semi picky when it comes to food especially for burgers. I will say no sauce like ketchup or mayonnaise in a burger. Also no cheese, I can’t really eat all that stuff and I like my burger with loads of veggies.
I’m not saying this is a go to spot for eating a burger at all. But it is ok once in awhile. They also have side salads and what not if you are not a fan of eating fatty foods. The dollar menu can be your friend if you want to be on a budget and save all your money for shopping!
