Very happy with OC Bug Company! Jason Slagle took care of every detail from the start to end. He conducted an initial inspection and explained all of the steps we needed to take in order to get termite clearance. The estimate he gave me was the amount that I paid in the end (no hidden costs or surprises!). Because we were selling our house, he also communicated with our real estate agents and escrow service. His crew that came to do wood repairs and tenting were very professional and efficient. Every part of the process was perfectly timed and finished when promised. Jason was always available to answer my questions. He made this process very smooth and easy for me. Thanks Jason!

Jason Slagle did an outstanding job when he repaired termite damage on the outside areas of my home. He came exactly when he said he would, was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly to me, and the job was completed, as promised, in one day.
He even went above and beyond his quoted work when he repaired areas found after the original inspection … and did not charge me extra. All new wood was painted to match the original — Jason even made two trips to the paint store to pick up additional supplies at no charge to me. I would not hesitate to call him again for any pest control issues. He and his crew were professional, polite and a pleasure to work with.

From our very first meeting with Mr. Jason Slagle from OC Bug Company, my wife and I felt very comfortable with him because of his genuine interest to answer all of our questions. My wife was especially apprehensive to fumigate our home because of our first newborn at 3 months.
Mr. Slagle was patient, thorough, and reassuring. He is a true professional. In addition, OC Bug Company representatives (which include Anthony, and Amado and others) did an excellent job taking care of our home and belongings. They too answered all of our questions.
