Mark Bucon Design Architect

I had the pleasure of working with mark on a beautiful house in la jolla. Mark has an amazing eye for detail. His experience become immediately event by his observations and suggestion on the job site.
What set him apart from other firms I’ve worked with is that he is always improving on the design and works diligently to find cheaper ways to complete tasks to save his clients money. Most firms sell you a set of plans and say good luck, not Mark. He is extremely helpful in resolving issues as they arise and negotiating between owners and contractors to keep the overall cost low. Mark has actual INTEGRITY! He truly prides himself in following through and giving his clients what they want.
The thing I appreciated most about working with Mark was how he would always put all options on the table and let the owner decide. He never dictated, just made recommendations. Mark is a very humble man. It’s hard now to find a great designer that doesn’t have a huge ego.

Mark was fantastic at giving me some initial information and assistance as I am looking at doing a Custom Home. I have not started the project yet, but Mark invested the time to provide assistance and his expertise as he met with me and my General Contractor. Very professional.
