I have been using Mr. Jingles for a few years now and have always referred them a ton of business because i feel like this is how you a customer can pay it forward. Unfortunately, this last Season was the first time i encountered an issue and because of the way they handled I will not be a returning customer and i’m writing this review to inform other to BEAWARE. Every year i purchase a Groupon(usually more than 1 for gifting too!) well this year i took my neighbor to their location and we both purchased the $ 25 groupon which i referred her to. We got the exact same tree(YES, same color tags on tree) and for some reason i was charged an extra $ 25 but my friend was not! We didnt notice we were charged different prices until i mentioned the additional funds. I called the company for an explanation. Alex is the gentlemens name who said he was going to look into it and help me out. He took a while to get back to me, and thats fine… i understand its busy during the holidays and we get caught up. Well Alex had been communicating through text with me. He kept telling me he was still researching every time i checked in with him. i would get a response so i normally followed up every week, but then he STOPPED answering my text and NEVERFOUND A SOLUTION.

Here’s a helpful tip. When you call the place, ask the right questions. I called and asked if they were open until 9pm and they said ‘yes’. I guess my next question should have been, if they were at the location stated. I went 30 minutes out of my way only to find they weren’t there. I called back and got voicemail. Thanks for nothing.
