Come here for a late lunch with my friend. The workers are very nice and got our orders right. Maybe because there were no one in line. The foods are semi healthy compare to the others foods they have here at the food court. I tried the flat bread pizza. 2 for $ 5 with all the topics, you can’t beat that. The bread is a little chewy and hard, but it’s better than wet and flimsy. I shouldn’t eat bread anyway so it’s good that I can’t eat the whole thing. lol We also had a foot long $ 5 sub and that were good too.

God awful customer service offered by stupid rude woman. Really, she is either a total idiot, or needs to learn the English language. This was the only place opened at 8am. I needed breakfast. She told me the English muffins and flat bread were wheat. WRONG. Then it took her 5 minutes to make a simple 6 inch veggie. She kept trying to put on stuff I didn’t want, and she literally put 3 small strips of onion on. I had to tell her numerous times to quit being cheap with it, and this wasn’t the Great Depression. Tomatoes had a slimey film on them. I will never eat here again.

its open 24⁄7 if you really want it you can go there, but they cheat you on stuff. Whether it be a 6 inch or ft long, they give you half an avocado, why would you pay 1.20 for half an avocado for a foot long, when its 60 cents for half an avocado for an 6 inch,

My past experiences here at this particular Subway have been pretty average. However, nowadays, I normally stay away from Subway, not really sure why. Today was just the opposite. I was extremely hungry, so I decided to get a footlong of meatball marinara. .goodness. The service was TERRIBLE. I am seriously never coming back here EVER again. Why not, you ask? First of all, the person who helped me was very unenthusiastic about helping me. Maybe it’s because I’m Asian. Second of all, as I waited for my sandwich to be toasted, another lady helped me at the cash register, which was not a problem. Until my sandwich was done and I literally had to wait and watch my sandwich sit on the counter for at least 5minutes, as the first woman was putting together a different sandwich for the guy behind me. The thing that pissed me off was that NOONE bothered to help finish up my already paid sandwich. The cashier just stood there and another worker walked by, clearly seeing my sandwich getting cold, and basically just chatted it up with the cashier. How VERY professional. NOT. To top it off, when asked what veggies I wanted, I said, «Lettuce, olives and tomatoes.» …and then repeated this about three more times for the lady. She puts on a sad, small amount of lettuce(the lettuce didn’t even look that great. I regret getting it) and then put onions on. ONIONS. After I repeatedly said to her, lettuce, olives, and tomatoes. ONIONS. I HATE onions! It’s like the one thing I won’t eat. I can tolerate most things, but onions are a big fat NO. So I tell her, oh, no onions. and she goes you don’t want onions? So I said, «No, just lettuce, olives and tomatoes.» She didn’t get all the onions off. She merely took off like half the amount she put on(which was a lot), and was about to put tomatoes on when I said, «um, you didn’t get it all off. Can you take out all the onions? I can’t eat them.» She gives me the death look, like I just told her she looks fat, and started to take a bit more off. Needless to say, she didn’t get it all off. It was a shitty job, done with a shitty attitude and shitty customer service. Please excuse the language. Imagine if I were allergic to onions. I kind of wish I were so I could sue them. Oh and the olives? Yeah, I probably got like 10 slices. Worst Subway experience ever, and probably one of the worst customer service ever. It’s not like they have to serve me either! PS. Someone Unilocaled(today, too!) that there are always guys working here. Well, that’s actually not true because everyone I saw there today was a female. DON’T COMEHERE. That’s all.

subway’s is a godsend in the state with horrible food. but you still halfway sucked… no guacamole spread in front so she goes in the back to get some more and her manager calls her back to say«when we’re busy we tell them we don’t have any left.» wtf ?! …& I’m standing right there moron. lol… minus one extra star for attitude and piss off ness and sarcasm towards customers… hey! this is not nyc… just because I leisurely read all 20 ingredients one by one off the chart, while there was a huge line forming behind me, does not mean you have to get all rude and say«in other words you want it with everything???» ha ha and then she rolls her eyes(whilst turning red with what looks like anger). some people!(actually, I was chuckling… I felt right at home) I should actually add a star for that. ahhh ha ha ha! =)

I wish you could give negative stars to certain establishments. Let me tell you what happened to me at this Subway on Friday, May 8th, 2009. As Sara S. already stated, there aren’t too many healthy options at the UTC Mall. Subway is my fare of choice because I usually want to stop at Hot Dog on a Stick and fill myself up with some luscious lemonade and a couple sticks of fried cheesy goodness. I get to the counter and tell the girl I’d like a turkey on wheat. She plops down the meat on the bread and slides it down to the next guy for condiments and veggies. Now, if I told you«I’d like spicy mustard, spinach, cucumbers, pickles and lots of black olives», would you say«do you want onions on that?» and then«would you like lettuce?» and finally«tomatoes?»??? Me thinks not. It took twice as long to get my sammich constructed because Mr. I-refuse-to-listen-to-you-even-though-there’s-no-language-barrier thought maybe I had amnesia and forgot what I like on my turkey on wheat. Then Miss Obvious says«is that a six inch?». No, it’s a 6ft sub. There’s a huge difference between 6 and 12 inches, why are you asking me when the sandwich is close enough to bite you in the jugular? I’m done with that Subway. I’ll drive down to the Chevron station or over to Miramar Road to get a turkey on wheat. At least I won’t have to deal with people who would get zeroes on an IQ test.

I usually don’t write about places like this but I’ve gotten pissed off every time I’ve gone to this location. The Westfield UTC mall food court is a convenient location to have lunch with coworkers because it provides options. There aren’t many healthy options to choose from among the selection, Subway is about it. So, it’s incredibly irritating that this location is so freaking incompetent. I don’t care when I go or who helps me, they always screw up. It’s amazing! I think, «maybe it’s just me.» But no! Others have said the same about this location. For example, it’s really wonderful when you try to get a healthy low-fat sub for lunch and say no oil/vinegar, no mayo and then proceed to watch them pile it on as there is a long line behind you. Yeah — fun for all. The incompetence exhibited by these people is downright unfathomable.
