I had a root canal. I started to feel pain while drilling so I shouted a bit, naturally responding to pain. Dr. Barnum didn’t stop drilling, so I persisted to be on pain and yell! He stopped and yelled back at me to «not be so vocal with him». I almost started to cry in the chair. I have never had a Doctor, a professional, yell at me beause I was in pain. I cried after leaving the office for quite some time. Even though I was experiencing pain later, I was so offended that I wouldn’t call to get pain medication. Icalle my primary dr instead. Office manager was very nice. Dental assistant was very kind and had a great chair side manor.
