Absolutely by far one of the best dentists in the area. Dr. Coffin and Dr. Mann, as well as their entire staff, are professionals that care about your dental health. I’ve gone to their offices for many years and wouldn’t think about visiting anyone else. Thet receive my personal recommendation.

Absolutely abhorrent front office staff. Unfortunately for Dr. Coffin and Dr. Mann the front office staff runs the ship and they’re going to run the clients right out of the door. Equally unforuntate is that I have referred at least 5 family members to them and will be sharing the poor experiences with them… I’ll be sure to pass along the ‘good’ word.
I’ve tried to give this practice multiple chances chalking one bad experience after the next on potential other factors but alas, after this morning’s failed attempt at confirming my appointment for the afternoon and requesting reschedule if possible, I will no longer be returning.
The issues over the last 3 years range from bad attitudes to extreme difficulty making appointments to the best of all: multiple instances where the front office staff improperly billed my insurance resulting in me receiving multiple letters from my insurance company saying I didn’t have coverage and needed pony up some dough. I corrected the insurance issue on THREE separate occasions with the front office staff and they STILL billed insurance incorrectly. I have all three letters still and I can’t believe I tried to continue a business relationship with these people after all of that. Shame on me for giving people the benefit of the doubt.
This morning’s incident was one terse response after the next when I was trying to reschedule my appointment leading up to the representative hanging up on me when I told her I didn’t appreciate her being difficult with me. I find it hilarious that the same offender answers the phone now and neglects to state her name. Patient relations must not be a strong point for this peach.
Happy to cut my ties and not be verbally accosted every time I call. SAYONARA!

Wow! what a great dentist. I’ve been going to Dr. Coffin my whole life. I recently got a crown done for a chipped tooth and he was able to accommodate my time scheduling restraints.
The crown looks and feels great! It is like my original tooth never left. Dr. Alan Coffin is a great dentist and does great porcelain crowns. Not too mention his staff is very friendly!
