I highly recommend coming in for a treatment. I have scoliosis which messes with my neck and back so I have been getting massages for the last 15 years. I am now coming to Body As Designed twice a month since this is the first time that when I leave from a treatment I feel more than a temporary relief. Michelle really gets to know you before the treatment so that she can pinpoint the areas that need the most attention. On top of helping in the treatment room she gives advise on how to treat the underline problem at home between treatments. I also loved the size of the treatment room its not like most places that are small and can’t relax. It is a good experience all the way around.

I would like to thank Ms. Mears at Body as Designed for all of her great work. I’m an avid cyclist in my 40’s and every now and then some old injuries flare up. Her knowledge of anatomy helps her to pinpoint certain muscle groups, mainly my trouble areas like my hamstrings. She’s very professional and her rates are spot on.
