Cold Stone Creamery

This store needs to have a manager on duty. Also, policy changes that are not laid out in customer emails should be given a visual display. Employees need to give out franchise owner info so a person can file a formal complaint. This location offers horrible customer service. Visited 1÷1÷16 and was told my birthday coupon in my emailwas no good unless it was printed (no such info was in my email from corporate).

This place is filthy no lights or maybe trying to save money. Young lady working there obiviously hates her job. Needless to say we won’t be going back. Usually the ice cream is a nice amount for the ridiculous price you pay as you can see there toppings are a lil old.

I hate to admit it, but I indulge in a weekly ice cream treat from here. It’s the perfect way to de-​stress and enjoy a little taste of heaven. I have tried many combinations in the many many weeks of coming here, and my favorite by far is Sweet Cream Ice Cream mixed with brownies, marshmallow crème, and caramel… mmmm YUM! I think I’ll go get some now!

I requested a Cookie Dough Pie over 24 hours ago. The employee said that she’d call to tell me when it was ready, and never did. There was no paperwork put through for it, nor did the guy that I had brought the issue up with know that Coldstone even provided a Cookie Dough Pie.

So I admit I MAY have something of a milkshake problem. I wouldn’t call it an addiction, I just really like my milkshakes. You won’t find me at the Burger King ordering one either. I have a few places I enjoy and I’m always on the lookout for new ones.
This is a spot close to my house I know I can go to for a really tasty Strawberry shake. My son likes it here because they have all of the mix-​ins. What kid wouldn’t enjoy all those toppings? I’ve never tried the ice cream here, seems like a waste for me as I’m not a toppings fan. I do, however, enjoy their milkshakes. They blend them up nice and thick. The Strawberry one is my favorite, I pretty much don’t see the point in ordering anything else now. Why mess with that perfection? And bonus, they don’t kill the experience for me by adding whipped cream.
Service here is always friendly. It’s a small mall shop, so no seating inside. They are open pretty late on the weekends to accommodate theater goers, and those of us with late night cravings. They also have a cooler with ready made items available for sale.

The staff were rude and seemed uninterested in the customers who were there. The ice cream was good, but the staff ruined it for me.

I always like Cold Stone best when there’s no wait. Each customer takes quite a bit of time customizing their treat, so I’m always glad when we walk in and there’s nobody in line.
On this occasion, I took my kids after school for a special treat, and there was no wait. We had a gift card, so I gave my kids the rare carte blanche to get whatever they wanted. Oddly, two of them declined mix-​ins and one got a modest sprinkling of multicolored sprinkles. Strange kids, right?
I got the raspberry sorbet, which was super duper sweet (and their only non dairy option). It made my throat itch but that wasn’t Coldstone’s fault.

Went there Friday night ⁸⁄₂₂ with my 12 year old daughter and the line was out the door. Not sure who was working during other reviewers comments but the girls were all extremely friendly and hustling to keep the line moving. Aimee waited on us and was great; friendly and huge portions. Even my daughter commented on how nice the girl was as we were walking to our car. It is a bit expensive but we will both be eating this at least over three nights (after dinner of course). Aimee was also directing the other girls to keep the line moving. Give this girl a raise! We will be back.

I visited this place last week and ordered a one scoop on a sugar cone. The ice cream was a tiny golf ball and they charged me 4.95 $ I was so disappointed! Kept thinking I could’ve gotten more ice cream at a Walmart or Rite Aid Counter (thrifty ice cream). The servers were not very friendly either. If you come to this place you have to order a topping on your ice cream cause that’s how they fill it up and make it look bigger. Otherwise, you will leave unsatisfied like me!

This is a typical Cold Stone, there are lots of flavors and lots of topping choices for mix-​ins. There is not a lot of seating inside, but there is plenty outside.

Carissa or Arissa or whatever her name happens to be is pretty rude and gives nasty looks. Attn: Find a new job that doesn’t require you to work with the public. My apologies for coming in here 15 minutes before closing with my family but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude or snotty. We were not complicated or obnoxious. The ice cream is always delicious but the lack of customer service experience here will not have me returning to this location.

Stopped by Cold Stone 3÷2÷14, and patiently waited for help for 10 minutes with just one couple ahead of my wife and I. There was no greeting upon walking into the store or any acknowledgment by either of the workers present. There were two girls working there, one was helping the one couple ahead of us and another person was adding more ice cream to the display ice cream. After the couple ahead of us left, the two girls just started talking to each other without even looking at us. They didn’t say hi, can I help you, or someone will be with you in a moment, so we just left thinking that the service was horrible. One of the girl did say, have a good night after we were out the door. I will give Cold Stone another chance, only if their customer service improves. Hopefully, the manager will read this review and educate their workers about customer service.

I have been here more than a handful of times but this time I really feel entitled to write a review. The girls that work there look like they just rolled out of bed and do not wash their hands after cash transaction. i ABSOLUTELY think the worker AIMEE is a horrible employee and she is plain out rude. She has the worst customer service and refers to calling people (like my boyfriend) pet names. For example: «Please sign this doll.» She needs to learn customer service and if one of the managers or owners is reading this please feel free to message me for a more detailed description of my experience. I have saved the receipt with the date and time where I thought service was at its worst! ALSO NOTE: Please do not go here if it is about to close because the girls serving me were so upset and the conversation we overheard was just about how happy they were that there was only one hour left!

took about 20 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we got our ice cream. there were only a total of 4 people in front of us.

Cold Stone, I’m not too sure about getting ice cream here, but their shakes are pretty good. This location is right next to the movie theater, and doesn’t ever seem too busy when I come here. The staff is generally friendly and professional.

I had a descent raspberry sorbet for $ 3.49. It was creamy and bold raspberry flavor. (
) I was a little on the sweeter side that I would of liked, but it was still good and refreshing. Also, I liked the fact that the girl who served me packed in the sorbet into my little container.
The service was courteous and the place was clean. It is nice having this place in the mall.

They are closing ALL over town and I can see why…
They have lost the luster. The pizzaz. The draw. Those little «tip» songs that make every penny enjoyable…
The ice cream is still okay but this facility seemed unsanitary and all I kept thinking was… «IT’S CONTAMINATED»
Glad I had a gift card.

I highly recommend the «Birthday Cake Remix» with bananas.
Just wish Coldstone was cheaper! But then again maybe not. since there are SO many calories. Ice cream delicious, cakes are wonderful. Now I need to try their new cupcakes!
