I love coming here, Najim is awesome. He really takes his time and I love that I don’t have to tell him what to do. He always works his magic. My friends would always ask me where I get my hair done. Now they come here too and they love it.

The color that was applied to my hair smelled like ammonia and even with the first wash, the ammonia smell lingered. The hair salon is also too small for five employees, let alone all the customers.

After going to Caroline, and trusting her with my hair for so many years, and noticed that she now did the 3D permanent makeup, (which I had been contemplating for some time) I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Long story short, I am freak’n 100% satisfied with the results! Caroline did the new feathering or 3D technique on my eyebrows, and I couldn’t be happier, or more satisfied. Love, love, love it!!!

It was time for my six week trim… Once again Karo’s salon did me just how I like it! The owner Karo worked on my hair and made me feel so welcomed. She is an amazing spirit! I enjoy her every time.

Love this place, great location and friendly staff. Carolina has been cutting my hair for many years and she is amazing and flexible. I travel far to get my hair done but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I have been going to Karoline (the owner) to cut my hair for the last three years. She has always, and I mean always, cut my hair just as I envision and ask for. That has never happened before! I do not get my hair done more than 3 times a year so when someone touches it, I want it to look awesome, and I’ve never disappointed. You won’t be disappointed if you go.

I was really pleased with the service here. I was able to get in last minute for a trim which is hard to do in many salons around here. I believe it was Karo/​Caro (sp?) who cut my hair. I have 2 major cowlicks, and I have a pixie cut. Anyone with cowlicks and a pixie knows that it can be challenging to make it work, but she did a fantastic job. My only complaint was that the back was a bit long and had a bit of a mullet feel, but that’s my fault for not communicating better. The prices were reasonable too. I’ll be coming here again.

I have been coming here for a few years now and always get my hair cut by the owner Caroline. She is a sweetheart and knows how to cut my hair well. I have never left feeling unhappy with my hair, because she always does a great job everytime! I always get complimented on the nice blended layers she gives my hair… Definitely recommend this salon to everyone :)

I’ve been coming here for many years. Caro does my hair and she knows exactly how I like my highlights done, as well as my hair cut and style. I leave looking great every time. Very affordable and she is fast, but not so fast that you feel she is rushing. I’ve recommended her to many people and I haven’t heard any negative feedback. It’s a small shop and not packed with workers and clients so it’s not loud and chaotic. You can actually relax. I normally fall asleep when she blow drys my hair. I have no complaints only compliments.

I wanted to get my hair bleached and my mom suggested that I should come here where she get her hair colored to get my hair done. I was like okay. I got my bangs bleached by Carolina, which I just found out is the owner. Honestly the worst mistake I made. She put bleach on my forehead and it was burning my scalp. And when I told her it was burning she said its suppose to. My friend in beauty school said its not suppose to burn and it shouldn’t be put directly on your skin, which Carolina did! It felt like I was growing burn bubbles on the skin where my hair is and my fore head. Then my hair came all fried up. Definitely not go back. That was the worst experience ever!

If a 0 star was available that is what I would have rated it. As I have driven past this Salon many times, I thought I would stop in. I noted on the door no appointment necessary, or something like that. I went in no one even greeted me. I finally asked about service and they were apparently all booked up, no apology or even a suggestion to make a later appointment… nothing. I have to say for a salon that was the worst customer service I’ve ever been given. Apparently they have plenty of regular customers and do not want any new clients.

Perfect color and cut every time with Carolina! I too wait until the very last minute and I always get in ASAP! Very skilled, professional and the results? Wow! Highly recommended!

The owner Carolina has been cutting my hair for a few years now. As far as hair cuts go she is quick, clean and cheap. In and out in 30 minutes and averages $ 25 even with layering. No complaints with the hair cuts.
However, I would never recomend getting color by her. I went in to get a light, natural looking auburn. She left my roots in for too long because she got distracted talking to a friend that had come in. It turned my roots orange! She tried to dye my roots again with a brown but then they still didnt match the rest of my hair, so she put tonner on my whole head for over an hour. By the end of it I had really dark hair that had this reddish hue that looked fake. There were dye stains all over my forehead and the back of my shirt was completely soaked. I was at the salon for over 4 hours!!! And, to top it off, she made me pay for this dye job that was clearly not what I asked for!!! Horrible experience! I’ll have to go to a different salon to fix the damage! I am seriously considering never going back again!

I can’t believe I haven’t Unilocaled Karo’s yet!!! I have to preface this review by saying I am probably one of the worst kind of clients. I ALWAYS wait until the last minute to get my hair done. Usually because whatever I need done takes about 2 hours or more. Cut, color, highlights, etc… I can’t stand to sit in a chair that long. So I wait and wait and wait until no respectable women would even leave the house in the condition my hair is in. So I wear a ponytail and suffer in silence until I make an appt.
Well that is how I found Karo’s! I needed to get my hair done and my usual stylist at the time was booked. So a friend recommended me to Karos’ and she took me in last minute! I know she must have heard the desperation in my voice! I needed my hair done before an upcoming event and she made room for me the next day as a last client! That was awesome!
My hair turned out perfect! I couldn’t have been happier! So now, last minute, she fits me in without a word and with a smile on her face.
She is also VERY affordable. It’s a Win Win! I highly recommend Karo’s and I especially love Carolina!

I was very disappointed in my experience at this salon. I have been getting my hair professionally done for many years and have never been this upset over my hair. I wanted my highlights touched up and left looking like I had nothing done on my hair except a cut. The whole top/​front of my head was not re-​touched at all. My highlights still look grown out and I now have to go to another salon to get it fixed. My hair was done by the owner (Carolina). She was nice but not worth the work that was done.
