Made a reservation 25 minutes before arriving and were told we had NO reservation. Showed her the iPhone with the reservation. She said well the people that walked in were here around the same time as our reservation was made and expected us to wait 50 minutes. We will NOT be back there again. And we were there once before and the people seemed uninterested in our business and we gave a 20% tip. Lost good customers!!!

I stopped in after a bike ride with my wife. Fortunately, Stephanie was free at late morning on a weekday. Like the idea that I could just drop in or let her know in advance that was coming in.
Throughout the whole process of doing my hair there was an attention to detail and a willingness to be flexible in changing the cut on the fly. The end result was just what I wanted and my wife was impressed. At the end of the cut, Stephanie had another client come in. At no time did I feel that there was any rush to get me out of the chair. Stephanie is very professional and recorded my preferences for my next visit. Try this one out, you won’t be disappointed!

Nice ladies, a great haircut at an affordable price. They send coupons in the mail for even better deals. My hairdresser really took her time and made sure I was happy with the haircut. I will definitely be back.

I stopped in here to see if they could repair a REALLY bad haircut that I received 2 weeks ago from a «stylist» named Jill from the Fantastic Sam’s in the Ralph’s shopping center on Jamacha. The bad haircut was not even throughout and it looked like bedhead all the time.
I was fortunate to get Chelsea and even she couldn’t believe how bad the previous cut was. I normally have the #4 clippers on the side and finger width on top. Chelsea said it looked like a #3 was used on the side and it wasn’t even blended. Hair was short on the side and you could definitely see the difference between the sides and the top. Chelsea had no problem evening things out and giving me a good looking cut.
I am definitely coming back. Chelsea let me know that the stylists at GC all had years of experience styling hair. The shop was clean and both Chelsea and the other stylist were both very professional.

I love this place. The staff was super friendly, I walked in because I wanted a new hairstyle and Stephany did my hair, she is amazing, excellent customer service, amazing haircut and I was very pleased with everything! Thank you for my amazing haircut!

Great for kids. My 4 year old just had his haircut by Stephanie. I’ve been cutting his hair for the past 3 years (and I had no prior experience, mind you) because he’s been scared of the clippers and gets nervous in new situations. Well, with promises of a new toy, he got his hair cut here today. He was amazed at how quick it was, that the clippers didn’t hurt, and he got a lollipop at the end. In the car he said, «Mom, every time my hair gets long, I want to go there!» All smiles!

Stopped in on a whim to see if they could possibly repair my hair from another shop I went to when my hair was styled by Edward Scissorhands. STEPHANIE gave it a good look through and was confident she could help me. Not only was she able to even out the choppiness, she shaped and textured my hair perfectly. She also has strong fingers and gives a great scalp scrub! I was really impressed with the service and the prices. Some people are into the foo-​foo salons that offer lattes and spa services. If you’ve read some of my other reviews, you know I have the patience of a jumping bean. When you are responsible for saving the world, you need to just get in and out! I am sold on Great Clips with STEPHANIE !

Nice location new to the Plaza, nice people, overall fast service and lovely place, Chelsea is a wonderful person and professional Hair Stylist, she will do you whatever haircut you like. Also the rest of them are wonderful too :)
