I needed an inexpensive photocopier repairman and Progressive didn’t disappoint. My organization doesn’t make money and relies on donations. Our donated photocopier wasn’t working and it’s repair was coming out of my pocket. Because Unilocal didn’t list any photocopier repairmen in my area, I used a commonly used online classified site to find Progressive and I’m glad I did.
I called Progressive and Zak scheduled a repair for the same afternoon. Vinny arrived exactly on schedule and repaired/​calibrated my machine in less than an hour for the specified diagnostic price. Vinny was personable, articulate, and skilled at his job. I’ll call Progressive the next time my machine goes down.
