We wish we could give negative stars!!!
We had a horrible experience with James O’Fallin, We hired him to fix our computer, which he did just fine. Then we decided to hire him to put up 2 security cameras (HUGE MISTAKE) not only did he hook them up wrong, it took him 2 days, broke ceiling tiles, made a HUGE mess, didn’t have proper transportation… He didn’t finish the job, said oops about the tiles, and did not clean up after himself at all. The guy was a wreak. I would not recommend him to do anything. Since he didn’t finish the job, broke tiles and left a huge mess both days… we only paid him for the crap work he did do… he was completely unprofessional when we notified him we would not be paying him for the things he didn’t complete. He cussed and threatened employees. Please do your self a favor and save the hassle, time and money dealing with this man.
Also… We had someone come in to finish and correct what he did, it took the new guy 1 hour!!! The Computer Repair Guy is a Joke and should stick to computers!!! What a nightmare.
