Employees are horrible at their job! How are food places going to ask for $ 15/​hour and they can’t get a simple food order correct. I had gone through drive thru and had to drive back, to wait 10 mins to get my correct order. No genuine apology to go with it either. They seemed more bothered that I complained. If they would do their job correctly to begin with they wouldn’t have to deal with me complaining!

I made an account just to post this because the service was so bad. Sadly, they couldn’t take an order right and I had to repeat myself 3 times to finally order. It took them 30 min to get me through the drive through and by the time I got home, it was somebody else’s food but, I still got charged for mine. The mashed potatoes they gave me had more gravy then potatoes in it. I didn’t even eat the food because I can’t trust people this incompetent to make food right.
Save yourself time and money and just go somewhere else.

Kfc! Has drive thru! Good service and good food!
They have specials on a daily basis! Decent prices! Delicious!

About 10 years since I last ate KFC. The chicken is still awesome. Also this will be my first try at the chicken pot pie.

Service is a hit and miss at this location, they can certainly improve in their customer service, as in the other side it seems they always something in your order so don’t leave until you check for order for yourself.

Horrible customer service. Right when it’s our turn in line, another customer walks up right in front of us and orders four biscuits. As if this girl working the register doesn’t realize we were next in line. After some words exchanged between that rude customer and myself, the employee is still oblivious. Ordered a 14 piece family meal, hot wings and chicken pot pie. Not only did it take way too long to get the family meal together (after telling her TWICE we wanted crispy, she fills it with original and then has to put it all back), they bring it out and then tell us the pot pie is going to take 10 minutes. She couldn’t say this in the very beginning when we ordered? We cancelled the order and left. I don’t expect five star service at a fast food restaurant, but I have little patience for incompetence and employees that are inefficient.

I used to have KFC located close to our home, but it got converted into a Popeye’s Chicken location. So when we go down to visit family in La Mirada, we sometimes go to this Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Both the original recipe and crispy fried chicken taste yummy. So I have no complaints about the food.
The service and cleanliness of the restaurant could use improving though. We’ve never eaten at their dining area cause each time we’ve been there the tables and seats have not been cleaned. Don’t really mind though cause when we see that we just get the food to go and eat it at the family’s house.
We must have bad timing though cause each time we visit, it takes at least 10 minutes to get our order. There has never been more than one or two orders ahead of us. Still, they do not have fried chicken ready. Oh well, at least we know that we’re getting the chicken fresh out of the oven.
Although, this KFC branch is not the cleanest or most efficiently run location… I’ll still keep coming here when I’m craving me some KFC!

I’ve gone to this KFC 3 times in the drive through, and all 3 times they never have the wrap. but they wait till you get to the window to tel you, then they ask what else you would like as if We remember whats on the menu, I didn’t remember so me being lazy not wanting to go somewhere else I went around again to the drive through, I asked for a #8,she said ok pull up, so I did, after taking 10 minutes to help the car in front I pull up and she asked «ok so what did you want again?» So I tell her, and I get what I want. seems to me this KFC needs more communication with everybody to get things right. Never going back even if KFC would pay me to go back, o and the food was a d at most.

Salty ass fried chicken, what else can I say? But this particular KFC is dirty and reeks of toilet.
