Legacy Termite Control

You can’t say enough good things about Eddy. He’s as sharp as a tack and extremely knowledgeable. The construction guys I hired were replacing a window sill & discovered termites, so I called Legacy. While checking the window, Eddy finds fungus growing deep inside a window frame that’s eating up the wood & making its way towards one of the main frames of the house. He explains to the construction supervisor that you can’t simply replace the window frame, because the fungus will just keep growing and destroying the wood. The supervisor and his lead carpenter had never heard of this problem before (they were literally scratching their heads!). Eddy searched the internet with his smartphone, and showed them the correct fungicide to buy to treat the area. If Eddy hadn’t been there, they would have just replaced the frame, and I would have had some major problems years down the road. Thanks Eddy!

Legacy was recommended by a neighborhood friend who raved about their responsiveness, courtesy and professionalism. So I hired them for some work that needed their attention during a recent repair project.
I made the appointment and Eddy showed up when they said he would for the estimate, and gave me several options, including nontoxic choices, clearly answering my questions as we went along. Because we were in the midst of a repair, we couldn’t move forward until the termite issues were resolved. Eddy did his best to squeeze us into his schedule and worked with our contractor to minimize our wasted days.
The day Eddy showed up, exactly on time, I had the flu and had to trust that all was completed as planned. He did his work, was kind and courteous to both of our tenants and completed his work in the time frame promised.
